Liam was very helpful & professional. The hearing test was easy. The advice given was great
thankyou

Highly professional, friendly and patient! This was my third - and the only successful company to do it - attempt to have the in canal aids properly made and fitted. A brilliant job! Thank you

Good, efficient and friendly service overall, from the moment I made the appointment to walking through the door. It was my first ever hearing test and I was a little nervous as didn't know what to expect, but I was made to feel at ease.

Helpful, friendly and efficient!
Very happy 😊

Liam was great. Really helpful and knowledgeable. He explained everything and answered all my questions.

I've only had my hearing aids for a couple of days but it's great being able to hear properly!

I’ve recently had ear wax removal and then a free hearing test at Hidden Hearing in Hove - both procedures were brilliant and really well carried out - a lovely clinic and lovely helpful professional friendly staff. I will definitely recommend you and will come back to you for my next hearing test next year. Many thanks to you all

My ears were cleaned by Belinda and she was very informative and knew what she was talking about. Will be going here again!

I have been with HH for over 30 years and they have always been first-class. I never feel rushed. They are always very caring, helpful and prompt in returning calls. Highly recommended.

We needed some advice & spare batteries & they were very helpful & gave their time to clean & adjust a hearing aid
Thank you!

They were very thorough & booked me in for a free second session when they were unable to clear all the wax in the first one. Also has a free hearing test afterwards.

He listened and was honest. There was no hastle and I had almost given up on hearing aids as a solution before trying the suggestion. Very happy, straightforward and I'm although expensive, I hope I made the right choice.

Exceptional service from Belinda! First time I had a micro suction done to my ears WITHOUT pain! Thank you so much.
Mary at the from desk also provided amazing and friendly support. Couldn’t recommend enough!

Always helpful and informative. I would have no hesitation in recommending Hidden Hearing and in particular Dee

I’ve had an earwax removal with Belinda this morning. Both of my ears were blocked. She treated my ears super professionally. She explained what to do to prevent my ears getting blocked again. I’ll be again in 6 month to make sure that my ears stay healthy. The receptionist Mary also deserves a mention. She smiles a lot and make you feel welcomed every time yo my arrive for your appointment. Great Team! THANKS!

I’d been considering a hearing test for a while now. Made an appointment and popped down to hidden hearing on western road, hove.

I was greeted by Mary, who was fabulous. And had my consultation carried out by Liam who is equally fabulous.

Very kind and considerate staff, thank you for making my experience pleasant!

I had ear wax suction at the Hove branch of Hidden Hearing and was treated by Dee Hartman, who is always so calm, friendly and professional, and who really makes you feel at ease. The treatment was really thorough and well handled - it's amazing to be able to hear so clearly again now! I must also mention that the receptionist was lovely and helpful too. All round, a great experience. I 100% recommend Hidden Hearing.
