Audika - Hove レビュー

I was feeling quite apprehensive before my visit as I had never had micro suction to clear ear wax before, but I had nothing to worry about, the service I received was excellent and resulted in me began able to hear clearly again, which was an enormous relief. The reception staff were polite and helpful, and Dee, the practitioner was extremely caring and proficient, she explained what she was going to do beforehand and ensured all was well afterward with a hearing test. I am very happy with the service I received and have booked a regular return appointment for next year.

My mum was treated today. She has had previous wax removal procedures both privately and on the NHS. This was the first time the process was pain free thanks to the care and professionalism shown by Dee. She will definitely return in six months time.

Hi it was a very pleasant experience having my ears syringed but Dee highly recommended davidcallow

Dee Hartman was brilliant! Stress-free and really put me at ease.

I have always found Hidden hearing in Brighton & Hove very supporting and helpful. Mary is very welcoming and kind too, nothing seems to be a.bother. Attention by the consultant I see is very thorough and every step is taken to ensure you are more than satisfied with your service. I would highly recommend Hidden hearing.

I was treated by Dee Hartman and she is a friendly, informative and very professional person.
On my next appointment I will ask for her.

Many thanks to you all

I have this afternoon had my ear-wax removal at Hove Hidden Hearing by an extremely lovely professional young lady named Dee. The front desk and offices are super clean. Everything was explained clearly and in full. I had every confidence that I was in safe hands. Highly recommended.

Never having this procedure before, Dee took the time to explain the process and showing the results. I would recommend having this regularly and I will be going back

Having never had this procedure before, Dee (Hartman) explained the process prior to doing anything which made the experience educational. Then once underway the process was seamless and the results are amazing. I will be going back on a regular basis and would highly recommend Dee's services.

Dee was very professional. She explained every step of the procedure and performed it without any discomfort. Booking with Hidden Hearing was very easy too.

My appointment this morning was handled extremely professionally by a very pleasant young lady at the Fontwell clinic. She answered my questions and explained the process thoroughly.10/10.

This review is weeks overdue but I visited the hove centre and my experience overall was brilliant, I was met by Dee who made to feel comfortable right away, being talked through the procedure and having evidence shown to myself was great. I would highly recommend these guys. I will be visiting annually.

Saw Dee for earwax removal. Super friendly lady and very courteous. Was a very pleasant experience all round.

Saw Dee today for wax removal and hearing test. She was friendly, professional and able to answer all of my questions. I was therefore extremely pleased with the overall experience.
