Care and attention given was great

Care and attention given was great, I was able to ask any questions I had, I was given a lot of information, I have worn hearing aids since the late 1990 and this was the best experience possible and I will continuing dealing with this company.

I can only praise hidden heating…

I can only praise hidden hearing enough, especially Tom Stebbing who was my main source of contact
Hearing aids excellent but because l have tinnitus and vertigo they tended to over simulate sounds
So disappointed as to hear at such a great level was wonderful , but my vertigo increased so l had to return them within the 60 day’s agreement, very prompt refund with excellent support and understanding from Tom.
