Follow up hearing aid appt. Same excellent service when I got my new hearing aids. Very informative and very professional

I was very impressed with the customer care that I received yesterday 25 Aug 22 at Hidden Hearing in Kings Lynn.
I had experienced a more that usual hearing loss of the past few months, and although I wear hearing aids it was not getting any better. I therefore booked an appointment with Hidden Hearing. From the outset they were excellent in response to my needs and they quickly arranged and appointment for me. I suspected wax build up and they informed me to use earol oil for up to 5 days before my appointment. They reminded me of my appointment again by E mail of the day before it was due. On arrival I was looked after very well, and was very impressed with the duty of care that I was given concerning my medical background and detailed description of how Hidden Hearing, look after all of one's hearing records. That was followed by an in-depth description of the most modern equipment that would be used to examine my ears and hearing ability. Lucas gave me a fully comprehensive description of the whole process after my treatment for earwax removal was carried out. Again the use of "state of the art" technology in the debrief of the treatment was very reassuring.
Lucas then gave very sound advice for my future ear care needs. There is no doubt that Hidden Hearing have left a very good impression on me regarding their total dedication to customer care, their use of the most modern equipment, and above all, their absolutely professional approach to medical care.

A warm welcome. Good time keeping. The assessments were clearly explained and used to improve the hearing of my mother. Good advice given without pressure for upgrades.

I am so grateful to Sharon at King's Lynn Hidden Hearing for restoring my hearing following wax removal. As a musician, I need to be able to hear well to teach others. I was so impressed with the use of technology to demonstrate the issue I had with wax before therapy, and the dramatic difference once the wax was removed. Professional, friendly and thorough. Highly recommended!!

As a Senior Citizan on first visit for wax removal I would like to share my experience. I saw Lucas for my appointment, who in a friendly, open and professional way carefully answered all my queries. The procedure very smooth, efficient and with no discomfort. Highly recommend this Company and Lucas is an asset to the Company.

My doctor was Lucas Woodhouse, I definitely recomend him. He explained everything what is happening, he was very gentle with my ears, as I am always scared to go to medical centres, in this one I was really calm.
Overall clinic is really clean, staff is welcoming, everything was good

Very professional with upto date equipment and friendly staff. They could show me my problem and clearly explained what would happen. I have to go back and I feel confident in doing so. I would certainly recommend them for hearing test, wax removal and continued treatment.

I cannot fault the thorough and professional way in which my hearing test was carried out. Daniel was very good at explaining both what each step was that he was doing and what information each step would give. My wife was asked to attend for the test and although it was my test he spoke to us as a couple, this I found really good.
