I found this to be a great service. The man doing my hearing test was very patient and explained everything he was doing.

I felt it was a giod overall test of ny hearing

It was all very straightforward, and simpler than expected. The suggestion that my wife should attend the hearing test, as "a familiar voice", was not followed up.

Greeted with a smile the receptionist was polite professional and friendly. The audiologist was friendly polite professional and treated with respect for a older patient. Great guy

I have been very lucky to have Faraz Aslam as my regular audiologist, who has always gone over and above in customer care. He is professional, courteous, and always reassuring. I always feel relieved and more upbeat after my appointments . Great at servicing my aids, giving helpful advice on care and never put out by any requests.I always ensure I am a booked in with Faraz . He has a natural flair for the job is a real asset for the company .

Honest consultation

The impression I got as soon as I walked in was that this is a very professional company. My audiologist, Mr Faraz was very thorough and gave excellent advice on what type of hearing device I may need.

Easy to book an appointment once I received a telephone call. Easy to find the store in Leeds . Full explanation given before commencing the hearing test. I felt safe and listened to. My identity and demographics were checked too. I was given the results straightaway which were positive with a big smile from Faraz Aslam ,the hearing Audiologist. I would definitely recommend using Audika services

Friendly welcome, effective treatment, excellent practicioner.

Communication was very good and she explained all the options and technology that is currently available for my hearing problem.

I just want to say a really big thank you to the Audika team in Leeds, Faraz and Ferzana were brilliant, both of my hearing aids were chewed by my puppy and I was really worried, but they sorted them out and I can now hear again perfectly. I am so delighted, would definitely recommend.

Always welcoming staff, drinks & biscuits. Excellent care and attention with in depth explanations of any issues from audiologist- excellent service as always!

Faraz Aslam (Hearing Aid Dispenser )
was kind and considerate throughout the whole appointment.
He was patient during the hearing test and explained very clearly how to use the recommended hearing aids.

I found my experience to be very informative and helpful knowing my hearing is being monitored by an experienced person, and will be checking them again next time .

Clear explanations of procedure both verbally and using imagery. Friendly and caring service.

Mandy at the leeds branch cleared my ears of wax and performed a quick hearing test in the most professional manner. I would highly recommend her services

Very pleasant receptionist and audiologist. The latter was understanding, prepared to listen and explained things as the various rests were made.

The only issue was that she pushed hearing aids deep into my ears which was very painful.

Spoke to Morgan and Kirsty who were absolutely wonderful - truly a testiment to a level of excellence and professionalism you rarely get these days - totally recommended

The service I received was excellent. Mandy was very friendly talked through the entire process (wax removal). She also gave me before and after pictures.
