I have had ear wax problems for donkeys' years and discovered microsuction some years ago when it was less genarally avaialble. I have attended Hidden Hearing in Leigh on Sea twice now - excellent service both from Wendy Green (the practitioner) and from the very helpful receptionist. The practice is a little more expensive than some others but well worth it. They require payment in advance but as they do not offer "key pad entry" of CC details and I won't use that method, they have facilitated my preference and allowed payment on arrival. So - more than happy to recommend.

Excellent service all round and,very easy to book online.
I had lost all hearing in my right ear and was nervous as, had never had microsuction before.
Wendy explained the procedure to me and made me feel at ease all the way through my appointment.
I will return here, if I ever have problems with my ears again.
Great service and everyone was very friendly.

The practitioner was Wendy Green who I found to be very caring and considerate and also competent she made the whole procedure quite pleasant

Amazing service! Ear care practitioner Wendy Green looked after me fantastically, finding issues with my ears that many other doctors had previously missed. My hearing has never been better than after my ear wax removal appointment.

This morning 22.07.22 at your Leigh on Sea, Essex branch with Sharon Richards who expertly removed the wax from my ears without any problems or discomfort. Excellent and friendly service.

Excellent service, very friendly and helpful understanding staff cannot recommend them enough.

1st experience of ear wax removal and what a fabulous service. Looked after by Wendy Green who took great care in explaining all the steps to me, great to see before and after results via instant photos. Appointment also included hearing test and again Wendy fully explained the results. Practice itself very welcoming, friendly staff, ultra clean and great price for my treatment. Really do highly recommend and I will certain use again should the need arise. Thank you Wendy.

Felt confident as procedure well explained before starting.

Fitted me in same day for ear wax removal (had already been applying earol for 5 days but hadn't improved matters unaided). Had a appointment with Wendy Green who was a pleasure to deal with, completely painless, ears are now squeaky clean and hearing back to normal. Would recommend them to anyone.

Couldn't recommend Wendy from hidden hearing enough. Wendy was knowledgeable, friendly and explained everything the whole way through.

Very helpful and efficient with lots of customer involvement. I didn’t feel unsure about anything throughout the appointment, even at the start when I couldn’t hear a thing, as she allowed me to read the questions instead. Best £60 I spent for a while as my hearing had improved so much, and no wonder as the before and after photos were so different.

Excellent excellent service provided by Wendy. Explained the process clearly. Took her time and ensured no stone (or rather wax) was left unturned.
Completely painless and preferable to the gallons of water gushing out your ears from the process of old.

My hearing was checked and had deteriorated since my last appointment. I was offered new hearing aids which will be available shortly.
I was very happy with the meeting which was conducted in a very friendly manner and included my wife who was able to give an input about the difficulties involved with dealing with a husband who has severe hearing loss.
