I've just had my ear wax removed by Tracy Vaughan she made me feel comfortable and relaxed she also explained in a professional way about the ear and way you some make more wax then others.

The ear practitioner Tracy Vaughan at the Lichfield clinic was very friendly and clearly explained the procedure of ear syringing to me. She was thoroughly and gentle and didn't hurt my ears at all. I would recommend her to anyone who needed her services.

Great service from start to finish. Easy to book. Excellent experience on the day. Tracy Vaughan was my practitioner and she was great, guiding me through the whole process which was quick and stress free. It was useful and interesting to see the before and after photos. Also good to get a hearing screening afterwards for piece of mind. Most of all it's awesome to be able to hear clearly again.

Another fantastic appointment for my grandfather couldn't wish for a better service and care that he receives. Tracey really goes that extra mile to put my 92 year old grandad at ease and makes him smile.

I recently visited Hidden Hearing, Lichfield for an appointment withTracy Vaughan for ear wax removal prior to the fitting of my new aids. Tracy was welcoming and the appointment was on time. The treatment room was well equipped and Tracy talked me through the process after carefully checking my details. The suction process used was not in the least uncomfortable, much better than the older water spraying method. At all times care was taken and explanation of the steps involved was given. Before and after photos for records were taken and a quick hearing test made for reference. All in all excellent, I’d recommend this practitioner to anyone needing earwax removal.

I visited Hidden Hearing in Lichfield today. My Ear Care Practitioner was Tracy Vaughan who did a fantastic job of allowing me to hear once again. My left ear was completely blocked and and my right ear surprisingly looked almost as bad. The micro-suction procedure has the benefit of the practitioner being able to see perfectly into the ear at all times and I was also able to see before and after pictures of both eardrums. The left ear was so deeply blocked it also needed a little of the water irrigation. The result is hearing back to being good again. Tracy also gave me a hearing assessment after the removal process which gives data to confirm the result.
It really does feel like quite a life changing experience
between entering the clinic and leaving it.

Tracy at the Lichfield branch was fantastic. This is the second time I have used this service. Unfortunately I get excess wax in my ears which causes tinitus and discomfort. I have tried other services locally but they have not been successful in clearing the wax from my ear drum. I wholly recommend Tracy and her friendly professional service.

Had my ear wax removed by Tracy at Lichfield Hidden Hearing. Took two sessions as lot of impacted wax. Tracy was outstanding, explained everything, gentle and determined. And it turns out I’m not going deaf, yet. Life changing.

Not one to write reviews, but after having my ear wax removed today by Tracey Vaughan i felt I must do.
It is something I have always suffered with, ear plugs at work, ear plug on motorbike and Dr's have sorted in past, but as we know Dr's can't be bother with "little" things like that now!
Anyway 1st class service or Tracy no pain, no suffering and now my hearing is just that bit clear.
Job done!
