Tracy Vaughan fully explained the procedure about to take place. She was very careful and made sure I was OK throughout. Thoroughly recommended.

Really helpful and explained everything they were doing

Fantastic service for wax removal. Tracey Vaughan explained all the procedures and made me feel comfortable about the process.

The Hidden Hearing centre Lichfield is a very professional and friendly practice and none less so that Tracey Vaughan, the Ear Care Practitioner. Firstly she patiently explained the procedure which she then carried out in a professional and kindly manner. I can highly recommend Tracey and all the team. Thank you

First class professional approach from start to finish.

Great experience at the Hidden Hearing Lichfield branch. I first had microsuction on both ears around 5 years ago and had recently noticed a slight loss of hearing in both ears. I enquired to have an appointment on a Friday with Hidden Hearing in Lichfield and was able to get an appointment the coming Monday - which was perfect as I was going away a few days later. The cost for both ears is £70 - absolute bargain compared to alternative companies...this also included a hearing test afterwards.

I was treated by Tracy Vaughan, an Ear Care Practitioner. Tracy was very friendly and insightful - which is rare to see these days in any walk of life. I hadn't had the opportunity to soften the wax in my ear prior to my appointment so it took a bit longer than it would have normally, however Tracy was very patient and it is clear that she loves doing what she does. I instantly noticed an improvement in hearing during the appointment and was amazed to see how much wax had been built up in my ears which was ALL removed.

I would recommend everyone gets microsuction done, it's not expensive and I can guarantee you will be shocked when you see the pictures of wax build up inside yours ears.

I would 100% recommend Tracy and the team at Hidden Hearing Lichfield to any of my friends and family.

The practitioner who dealt with me was kind, caring and knowledgeable. I felt completely safe in her hands and was delighted with the positive result of the ear-wax removal procedure. I would recommend this company to others in need of this.

I’ve just had my first appointment with Tracy Vaughan at Hidden Hearing. I’m 52 & had wax removed from my ears several times before in different places. Tracy by far the most professional , informative nurse that gave me an all round 100% service with videos & clear explanation of the procedure . She obversely enjoys her job which defiantly came across making me feel very comfortable. I’ll defiantly be going back when necessary . Thank you very much Tracy

First class treatment from Tracey Vaughan.
Highly recommended 👍

Excellent service from Hidden Hearing regarding wax removal. Attended the branch in Lichfield and saw Tracy Vaughan the Ear Care Practitioner. She quickly put me at ease and explained the whole procedure. Having gone there without being able to hear properly it was great to hear correctly again when the wax was removed. A hearing test was then carried out to establish my level of hearing. Tracy with her warm character made the experience a pleasure and would recommend her to anyone.

I've just had my ear wax removed by Tracy Vaughan she made me feel comfortable and relaxed she also explained in a professional way about the ear and way you some make more wax then others.
Thanks again Tracey Vaughan. 😊

The ear practitioner Tracy Vaughan at the Lichfield clinic was very friendly and clearly explained the procedure of ear syringing to me. She was thoroughly and gentle and didn't hurt my ears at all. I would recommend her to anyone who needed her services.

Great service from start to finish. Easy to book. Excellent experience on the day. Tracy Vaughan was my practitioner and she was great, guiding me through the whole process which was quick and stress free. It was useful and interesting to see the before and after photos. Also good to get a hearing screening afterwards for piece of mind. Most of all it's awesome to be able to hear clearly again.

Another fantastic appointment for my grandfather couldn't wish for a better service and care that he receives. Tracey really goes that extra mile to put my 92 year old grandad at ease and makes him smile.

I recently visited Hidden Hearing, Lichfield for an appointment withTracy Vaughan for ear wax removal prior to the fitting of my new aids. Tracy was welcoming and the appointment was on time. The treatment room was well equipped and Tracy talked me through the process after carefully checking my details. The suction process used was not in the least uncomfortable, much better than the older water spraying method. At all times care was taken and explanation of the steps involved was given. Before and after photos for records were taken and a quick hearing test made for reference. All in all excellent, I’d recommend this practitioner to anyone needing earwax removal.

I visited Hidden Hearing in Lichfield today. My Ear Care Practitioner was Tracy Vaughan who did a fantastic job of allowing me to hear once again. My left ear was completely blocked and and my right ear surprisingly looked almost as bad. The micro-suction procedure has the benefit of the practitioner being able to see perfectly into the ear at all times and I was also able to see before and after pictures of both eardrums. The left ear was so deeply blocked it also needed a little of the water irrigation. The result is hearing back to being good again. Tracy also gave me a hearing assessment after the removal process which gives data to confirm the result.
It really does feel like quite a life changing experience
between entering the clinic and leaving it.

Super impressed with my appointment with Tracy in Lichfield today.
She was extremely professional, explained everything very well and was kind and considerate throughout. Highly recommend

Tracy at the Lichfield branch was fantastic. This is the second time I have used this service. Unfortunately I get excess wax in my ears which causes tinitus and discomfort. I have tried other services locally but they have not been successful in clearing the wax from my ear drum. I wholly recommend Tracy and her friendly professional service.

I had an appointment for ear wax removal. I was made to feel comfortable right from the start to the end of the procedure. Tracy explained the procedure to me and made me feel at ease throughout. What a difference afterwards, I could hear so much more clearly. I would definitely recommend this to family and friends.
