Audika - Lincoln レビュー

From making my first appointment to going for my fitting today, I can’t fault any part of the process. I will say Charlotte Pennington, who has dealt with me from day one is fantastic, nothing was rushed, everything was explained in full and always double checked I was ok with what she said and I fully understood. Fantastic experience! 100% recommend!

The hearing test was amazing. Very thorough. Picked up on many things id never known before.

Very informative after an enquiry about a hearing test. Mark was very professional and clearly very passionate about his work (Lincoln branch).
Will be following up for an ear health appointment and hearing test.

Mark Allonby who did my hearing test and ear health check was amazing. He was very thorough and helpful. I have a micro suction next Thursday which I am confident will help my hearing. Thankyou.

The dispensers SOOO helpful. Fitted my father in during his lunchbreak to clean up his ear pieces. Couldn't find his records (father lives in Northern Ireland), so made a quick call to clarify and carried on. Gave great advice about going forward etc.

Mark was thorough and explained everything clearly. Never felt rushed and look forward to trialling the hearing aid he recommended.

Knowledgeable, articulate consultant who has provided excellent support over 2 1/2 years

Very thorough test and attentive to my needs and problems. Just wish I could afford newer upgraded hearing aids.

I was very pleased with my treatment. It was easy to arrange. The lady was very kind, professional, and very informative.

Excellent annual review appointment

I had my hearing test on 27/05/2025 and I must admit, I was impressed by the systematic procedure it was done. I got to know a lot about my hearing and how to protect it from further damage. It's a place I will always recommend to people, even if they do not live in Lincoln.

I recently visited the Lincoln branch for their ear wax removal/microsuction service - initially very nervous but Clare was friendly and put me at ease throughout. Will definitely visit Hidden Hearing again and recommend to anyone.

For anyone worried about microsuction - it's essentially what I imagine walking through a blizzard whilst tuning a radio would kinda sound like!

Every test was thorough, clearly explained, care was taken at all times! A pleasant manner throughout! I felt very comfortable in Dispenser's company. Test results explained well and shown by graphs.
Thank you for an excellent service which wasn't rushed!

An informative and helpful experience, plus the staff were delightful. Everything was explained carefully and with consideration. I would thoroughly recommend the Lincoln branch.

Mark and the team are very professional and friendly. The entire process was explained in an easy to understand way. Their hearing aid has greatly improved my hearing and as such my life. I highly recommend that anyone who has, or believes that they may have a hearing issue book an appointment with them.

Went in because of recurring issues with my ideas, that was identified as a major build-up of wax. Despite it being heavily impacted on one side, they managed to clear it out painlessly.

The practitioner I saw, Clare, was super friendly and reassuring about the whole process, and I'll definitely be going back here in future if I have any other ear issues

I didn't know what to accept but was made to feel at ease straight away. Time taken to explain how the ears work and the process of the tests, everything explained so can understand it. All options gone through, and explained.
Would definitely recommend

Fantastic service as always.Chloe is always so helpful and caring.Nothing is too much trouble and we never are rushed.

Very friendly and incredibly knowledgable. We always look forward to Chloe’s visits

Very professional, attentive and caring. The significant difference the treatment made makes me realise the value of the de-waxing. Must make this a yearly event !
