Harvey from Llandudno branch is really helpful..he sorted out a few adjustments to my hearing aids and I was very happy with the result..would recommend

Excellent reminder for appointment on text and email the hearing test was relaxed and comfortable and the staff were excellent

I rang Llandudno reception on Monday morning and spoke to Dawn, always very helpful, and she was able to get me an appointment Tuesday morning which was great. Terri, the ear removal woman, lovely Liverpool lass, was very thorough and professional and explained everything first and it was a quick painless experience.

After not being able to hear for 3 weeks out of my right ear I attended Hidden Hearing, Llandudno. Overall a completely calm & relaxed experience. Dawn was very welcoming when I arrived & before hand explained everything on the phone. Terry performed the wax removal & she explained everything brilliantly during this. Absolutely no issues at all & my hearing is back. Thank you 🙌🏻

I had a home visit from one of the staff from the Llandudno office recently, and was very impressed with his knowledge and professionalism. The tests were thorough and clearly explained, nothing was too much trouble.

I can honestly say it was a pleasure to meet Alistair, he was such a nice approachable chap. It was a very positive experience and he was very professional from the start.
The hearing test was so thorough and gave my mum such confidence in finding out why and what the problem is. What a nice man Alistair is, an asset to the company. I’m only sorry we were unable to purchase the hearing aids at this time.

Can't praise Hidden Hearing enough. Dawn and Harvey in Llandudno make the perfect team. Since receiving my hearing aids a few months ago, have been back a couple of times with small queries and adjustments. Nothing is too much trouble and these people represent what is meant by the phrase "excellent customer service"
