Was seen as soon as got there,and was quick and efficient

Sue was very helpful and explained clearly, I feel I should be able to change the items on the aids myself but I somehow are not able to , and have to bother some body to do it for me , Sue went the extraneous mile and tided my Hidden Hearing minutia up and helped me to my car,

I have been a customer of Audika/Hidden hearing for some time now and have always found the staff to be
Exceptional at what they do.Wendy cleared my ears of excess wax recently and as usual did a great job showing a lot patience and care.I purchased hearing aids from the then Hidden Hearing and have them serviced by Sue
who also does a great job with regular tests etc.I have recommended Audika-Loughton to a number of friends
knowing they would be very satisfied with the great service.

Nick was very kind and attentive in everything . 5 star customer service , told me everything I needed to know and adjusted my hearing aids to suit my needs . I would definitely recommend him to anyone .

Good service and very helpful from the receptionist and Wendy

Audika in Loughton (previously “Hidden Hearing” but staffed by the same audiologists, Sue and Nick ) continue to provide me with a high standard of service. On the recommendation of my GP, I’ve just had microsuction on both ears carried out by Wendy at Audika. It was very easy to get a timely appointment and, as one might expect, Wendy was efficient, informative, professional and friendly. She showed me the ‘before’and ‘after’ images of my ear canals and drums, and the difference was remarkable .

I strongly recommend visiting this practice for hearing aids and after-service.

(And no, I have no financial involvement with this practice).

Nick the audiologist is very friendly and was very thorough. Explained what I would experience in both ears during the test. Displayed results on a screen that clearly detailed them compared to the previous year. Reassured me that only a minor hearing deterioration and no adjustments to hearing aids needed.

Friendly and knowledgeable staff making the whole experience calming and worry free.

Couldn’t recommend Nick and the team more highly. From the minute I walked in to getting the hearing aids, it was an easy process, well explained, sensitively approached and has made an instant impact to my personal and professional life. Just fantastic!
