I wanted to say a huge thank you to Khadisha, she was amazing. I was a little nervous as it was my first visit but she was so kind , professional and very funny. She put me at ease straight away. I cannot thank her enough. See you in 6 months ! 🤗

The specialist was very charming and worked hard to solve my connection problem. However a week later the problem came back at a most inconvenient time. These are new hearing aids and should work better.

Khadisha is amaaaaaazing!! She is so sweet and kind and she genuinely cares for her clients and their wellbeing. She is also a delight to be around and immediately puts you at ease. She was very informative and helped me understand what I needed to do to care for my ears. Would recommend her services to anyone! Thank you Dee!

I’ve been going to HH for 6 years now with normal age related hearing loss. Then last summer, I had further sudden hearing loss, which was devastating. But everyone in the team has treated me with sensitivity and supported me with hugely helpful information whilst ensuring I have the best hearing aids adjusted so they’re just right for me. It’s been a journey, but I’ve come through with greater positivity, thanks to a greater extent, to the HH team!

It's really very good service from the receptionist to the female in charge I really DO like it.

I requested an appointment by email.Received a call the following day to arrange appointment,which I had that day at a time suitable for me.Receptionist was friendly and polite and I was seen at the exact time arranged.Ellie was friendly and helpful and covered all the questions I had in a straight forward and easy to understand manor.The hearing test went well and adjustments to my hearing aids were made straight away.Ellie booked my next appointment before I left.Excellent service.Professional and friendly.

Ellie is Exemplary - a kind and sympathetic person who combines the gifts of healing as well as being able to explain the technical stuff.
She explained everything very clearly throughout all the tests, and showed me how my hearing compared to the precious test and then magically improved things by changing my receivers, which greatly enhanced the quality of my hearing. A wonderful experience and hope restored! 20th Novembe2

Ellie was very thorough and competent, listened to my concerns and sorted my aids.

I felt I was really listened to and my comments addressed. It helped that my audiologist wears hearing aids, I left feeling much happier!
