I had a fantastic experience having my highly compacted ear wax cleaned. Siobhan was very friendly and skilled, with the whole thing taking less than 15 minutes. The included hearing test was also helpful and my ears feel wonderful now. I highly recommend this service!

I had ear wax removal at Audika Summertown Oxford by Siobhan. September 2026. I was so impressed by the treatment and the set up there. It was like a professional lab and everything was pristine and the equipment was state of the art. One ear was completely blocked and the other half blocked and it was resolved in 10 minutes with the equipment. A hearing test was then done and the speed and efficiency was superb. Wax removal is crucial for hearing especially in the elderly and I highly recommend Audika Summertown Oxford. Well run and well managed. Siobhan was polite and well trained and very efficient and my blocked ears have been successfully cleared. 10 stars and counting. I recommend Audika. They solved my problem speedily and efficiently and Siobhan is very well trained to do her job. Excellent and Thank you.

My wife’s hearing was badly restricted on account of waxed auditory channels. We made an appointment at the clinic at Oxford and she was examined by Siobhan who examined her ears, explained the course of the procedure and gave warning of the noise that might accompany the action. It was slightly discomforting but proceeded without pain and purposefully. Other questions were satisfactorily resolved at the Reception alongside Katie.
We thank both.

This was my third time when I used the Summertown centre to have the wax removed, and as on previous occasions I'd found everyone there very helpful and nice. Siobhan especially has been the most helpful and kind person. She explained everything upfront and made the entire process as good and safe as possible. She has a lot of patience and a very calm and smiley approach, so I will definitely go back there when necessary.

It was a very relaxed but professional hearing test. I felt informed and in control at all times through an excellent level of feedback, both verbally and on screen,
I felt that all the relevant options for my particular situation were explained fully.

Great experience. It was just a check of my hearing. But it was very interesting that I could see the interior of my ears myself.
The specialist is very nice, courteous ans professional. He explained me every step of the procedure.
