Audika - Perth レビュー

Staff were very helpful.
Everything was explained fully.
I would have given 5 stars but I could hear talking through the wall when I was doing the test.

Great service from your Perth shop, extremely nice staff and so friendly

Excellent testing and explaining of all activities no pressure to purchase anything and all outcomes very well covered.

Helpful, knowledgable staff and very thirough

My concerns were dealt with and resolved . Staff both friendly and professional. Nothing was too much trouble .

I've been going here for a while and it's consistently good service, comprehensive testing and I like how they're able to compare results of my tests from previous visits. The staff are very friendly.

Everyone is always pleasant and taken on time. Surprised there was not more wax removed as it felt there was more in my ears

Very pleasant staff from making the appointments to the audiologist doing the testing. Felt totally at ease during testing and everything was well explained. Handy location with plenty of car parking nearby. Definitely recommend!

Everything was done from demo to sale and delivery was carried out professionaly.

Kerry is brilliant.
Very professional, careful and gentle with a pleasant personality for dealing with people.

Staff very helpful
Highly recommend

My two hour-long visits to the very welcoming Hidden Hearing/Audika in Perth were very pleasant experiences and I was impressed by the treatment, knowledge, efficiency and explanations of the audiologist (Dan) and the technology used. I now have as from today two almost invisible "zeal" aids which have immediately improved my hearing. They have also reduced my tinnitus (in my case a continuous hissing) which was the main reason I contacted Audika. I would have no hesitation in recommending this company, especially as there will be thorough after-care.

It was very helpful and practical, and gave useful insights into my problems.

Always on time and everyone super helpful

Kerry was very pleasant and helpful as always and gave me excellent advice about how to deal with my itchy ears issue. She has written to my GP and I will also be contacting a dermatologist.

Gavin our audiologist was excellent and very informative. Earlier had my ear wax treatment at the same branch for a very reasonable price.

Gavin VERY knowledgeable and helpful indeed

Friendly, professional staff. Always helpful.

Very helpful, and friendly, and explains everything so that it can be understood

Kerry removed wax and Daniel did annual hearing review. All timely open and helpful. Recommend the Perth branc
