Friendly, welcoming. The test was comprehensive and Emma was knowledgeable and informative.
However the cost of the hearing aids is exorbitant even when considering the undoubtedly good back up service.

Just had an amazing experience with Suzanne in the Plymouth, Devon branch.
Had a blocked right ear and was distressed from losing the hearing.
Was seen to instantly and had both ears taken care of.
Didn’t just change my day; felt like it changed my life.
Suzanne couldn’t have been more helpful and understanding.

I booked a hearing appointment with my local Hidden Hearing centre in Plymouth. I attended today and was seen by the shop Manager. She was very well presented, took time to tell me she had worked for the company for 15 years, the last 10 as shop manager. She put me at ease with her composure and experience as well as cleanliness of both the premises and herself. She explained how she would conduct the examination and went into more detail at each part.

This was very reassuring for me.

She even showed me the inside of each ear - one was partially blocked with wax and the other, slightly red as I had been suffeting with slight earache prior to my visit.

I was able to purchsed a small phial of olive oil with a mist pump at right angles, which was easy to use and assist with loosening the wax. It was £6 and I used it straight after leaving.

I was also given a printout of my results and my GP notified re the earache. I have had NHS hearing tests in the past but this one had more aspects of information for me and also to takeaway, as well as seeing inside my own ears - amazing!

No hard selling which I had at another major High Street chemist where I had a hearing test some 4-5 years ago and I was assured then that I needed hearing aids!?.

Hidden hearing is a new experience for me, they have recently taken over my previous provider hearbase, I had my first consultation today with Emma Rooms and it was a breath of fresh air. I have suffered from hearing loss all my adult life as a consequence of an infection in my left ear. Nothing was too much trouble for her to explain adjustments needed on my hearing aids. The hearing test was the most comprehensive one I have ever had. Her explanation on new technology was first class.
