I popped into Hidden Hearing Plymouth without any appointment to hopefully gain some advice re my loss of hearing in one ear overnight. I was welcomed into the shop and within 5 mins was being seen by Ben who gave me the appropriate tests there and then and a referral letter for my Doctor. Excellent service really pleasant team. Would recommend without question

I saw heather and found her very helpful and she told us what she was doing l felt very calm and happy and would recommend any body to go to there

Heather was very clear in her explanation about what would happen during the test, very thorough in her examination and testing and gave me what I thought was excellent advice.

There was a detailed explanation of the hearing test and following results.

They made me very welcome, and the lady who tested my hearing was very thorough and professional. She even tested my tinnitus condition too, and checked for ear wax. The test was very good, indeed.

However the cost of the hearing aids is exorbitant even when considering the undoubtedly good back up service.
