I always have a good experience when I go for my annual check up in Salisbury - helpful, considerate and explanatory.

Very knowledgeable staff, nothing is too much trouble. They take the time and effort to explain everything involved in your treatment. Very professional, patient and courteous.

When people complain about the price of hearing aids, I don't think they realise that Hidden Hearing have you back every year to check your hearing, adjust your hearing aids, change batteries and ear fittings etc. It's a proper after-care regime - and you can go back many more times if you need help - which makes the initial outlay more understandable.

I get significant benefit from always wearing hearing aids and particularly with Bluetooth connection to the TV. Regular hearing tests are a feature; this was routine and my first since upgrading to improved technology. Whilst I have no issue with the new aids and the support they give me, my wife had commented that there was no discernible difference in my hearing, and save for reliability (they work) I agree; they didn’t meet my expectations. This honest feedback didn't land well.

A warm welcome and a very professional service.

Very polite and helpful staff who explained everything and put me at ease. After the treatment a conversation ensued about regular checkups and it was emphasised that in the future if work was not required on my ears there would not be a charge, very reassuring. The whole experience was one of professionalism and total care of the patient.

Very helpful and informative came away understanding the need for hearing aids.

I have had such fantastic service from Hidden hearing in Salisbury!! Bernard and his team are the absolute professionals!!
I suffer with Ménière’s disease and have had significant and unpredictable hearing loss for several years.
Having visited two years ago and Bernard not being able to help me due to my condition, things became so bad I thought I must try again…. Bernard welcomed me back and said let’s try again…. Within an hour I had hearing aids fitted and was on my way to a better life!! I can hear birds again, I can host meetings confidently and so much more!!
At NO point was a sale pushed on me, everything is tailored to you as the customer… I cannot recommend highly enough.. This has truly changed my life. Thank you Bernard and all at Hidden Hearing in Salisbury!!!

Prompt professional approach from enquiry through booking appointment to treatment. At 80 my first experience of the need to have wax removed from my ear. All well explained and the procedure followed by a hearing test which confirmed that in spite of my advanced age I still have good levels of hearing. Most reassuring.
