I have been a customer for many years of the Church Street Sheffield hearing clinic.
Excellent service for my new replacement hearing aids from Audika
Pleased with the hearing aids, which are working well.

My experience, over a substantial number of years, of dealing with staff - including Will the Audiologist and his assistant, Wendy, has been nothing short of a realistic level of excellence. Thier customer friendly attitude, also proactive, advisory approach enables me to sense key, personal understanding. I do feel I receive an efficient, professional caring service - as is required. The staff are truly dedicated to this healthcare provision.

Been once more to what is now the Audika Hearing Centre Church Street Sheffield. Had very good service in the past from Will and Wendy. Still as good as ever.
Booked our appointments directly, with Wendy, very helpful accommodating and cheerful. On arrival for our appointments quite surprised that externally and internally re branded and re decorated with Audika. Looks very good. As ever a warm welcome from Will and Wendy, (and a good cup of Coffee). Straight in with Will no delay. Lots of useful discussions regarding how our hearing has been since we last attended, and good advice how things can be improved going forward. Had various tests to find out the current situation re our hearing, how that compares to previous years, and what Will recommends going forward. Our hearing aids were cleaned and checked. We were able to obtain various items for us to use during the next period, and finally make our appointments for next time. Really reassuring to know that the levels of service are as good as ever.

Very friendly and welcoming receptionist (Wendy,) and the audiologist (William) explained the procedure and options in clear detail.

Excellent, attentive service from everyone at the Sheffield Church Street branch - Will, Wendy & George. Any problem I have is dealt with sympathetically and speedily. Handy for public transport and for car parking. In general Audika and its predecessor, Amplifon, have provided excellent testing and hearing aids for the past 20 years.

My husband and I have both been to Audika Church street for double hearing aids. We have had brilliant treatment by Wendy and Will.
Nothing was rushed,we spent over 2 hours with Will, for my husband.Will explained everything,showing us all the test results and the reasons for recommending a certain type of hearing aid..Wendy remembers my name every time I go in,offers coffee or tea and always has time for a chat.
Thoroughly recommend Audika .

My first time having a hearing test. Great welcome upon arrival from Wendy and excellent service from Will. He explained everything about the test, talked through my results and fitted me with some great hearing aids that have made a massive difference to my day to day at home and out socially - thank you!

Service was excellent from start to finish

I have been a patient at this clinic for several years. I actually look forward to to my visit. Wendy always makes me welcome and we have a great chat. On Friday I had an urgent problem.
I managed to to get an appointment at 3pm (Friday afternoon!)
The care was exceptional and much more than I expected. Will sorted my problem quickly and went beyond anything I expected. I can now go on holiday hearing everything around me. Thanks guys!

The audiologist gave me a very thorough hearing test, including checking that I heard words at different pitches. This enabled him to fine tune my hearing aid settings. I’m noticing an improvement.

I visited Audika at Church Street Sheffield to have a hearing test and possibly buy hearing aids. The minute I arrived I was greeted by Janet, she was warm and friendly and we chatted away until I was called in by Will. Will explained everything that would happen and answered all my questions in a way that was easy to understand. I had my ears cleared, a hearing test and hearing aids fitted all in the same appointment. I can’t praise Will and Janet enough for their friendliness and professionalism and for the service and products I received. I would recommend Audika without hesitation.

I was shown how to control my hearing aids without the need for an app. The method is on my iPhone, swiped up from bottom of the screen. Very good.
