Very professional and very helpful staff.

Went to Hidden Hearing today and had earwax removal with Gabriela. After nearly two weeks of not being able to hear, I was very frustrated. My appointment was very thorough and Gabriela made me feel at ease the whole time showing me what she was doing and how my ears were. Would definitely recommend and go back again if needed.

Highly recommended. Needed urgent treatment and was offered a same day appointment. Friendly, professional and efficient staff. Thanks Gabriela @Stafford.

Attended to have ear wax removed and was met by the Ear Care Practioner Tracy Vaughan. She was very cheerful and quickly put me at ease. Clearly explained the procedure before undertaking the ear wax removal. She was gentle throughout and had my welfare as her main concern. She was very efficient and was able to remove a large amount of wax making my hearing return to normal. Explained how to care for my ears to help ease the build up of wax in the future. Will return to see her again in the future

I recently visited Hidden Hearing Stafford for ear wax removal. My appointment was carried out with Tracy who was very professional and polite and explained the whole process from start to finish.
Tracy made me feel at ease during the treatment and my hearing is much better!

Tracy Vaughan in the Stafford clinic was amazing so professional and knowledgeable along with a lovely friendly approach. Would thoroughly recommend.

Tracy did a fantastic job cleaning my ears, gave great advice and next steps. Would highly recommend the wax cleaning service if you're struggling with your hearing.

Tracey the Ear Care Practitioner was helpful and friendly. She made me feel at ease and explained what she was going to do next. Would highly recommend

Your representative (I think it was Walter) in the end couldn't help with my mum's hearing, but went out of his way to try, and was kind and polite all the way through. Much appreciated.

I had an ear wax removal appointment today, Tracy was very thorough and explained every step of the process. Extremely professional service.

Had the earwax removal by Tracey at the Stafford branch and my hearing is now perfect! I am so pleased with the results but more so the overall friendliness and professionalism. From entering, I was met with a warm welcome from the reception desk, and Tracey put me completely at ease, was very chatty and friendly. I would unreservedly recommend!!!

Amazing service and great staff, I was in agony with my ears, needed wax removing, called and spoke with Ann Marie on Monday who gave me great advice over the phone and booked an appointment for the Wednesday that week where I saw Tracy who treated me and cannot thank her enough, I was made to feel welcome, calm and I really cannot recommend them enough, Thank you to Hidden Hearing Stafford, you’re all brilliant. x

Efficient as always, checked my hearing and the aids, a minor adjustment to one aid and all good.

Had a very good experience, the receptionist was very nice and made you feel relaxed and put you at ease.I had the full hearing examination and hearing test, which was carried out very professionaly.I would highly recommend Stafford branch for their high quality in customer care.

Friendly and considerate hearing test .
Advice was much appreciated but I have decided to postpone decision to undertake the wearing of any aids until I mentally feel able to anticipate it will be sufficiently beneficial.
At present I do not have opportunity or need take part in conversations where there is background noise or with a group of others although I have had difficulty before present lockdown conditions came into being.
