First time I’ve had my hearing tested, so I didn’t know what to expect.
Lucy was really good. She explained everything that was going to happen, and explained all that was happening along the way. She was professional, knowledgeable and really friendly. I felt well cared for and confident in the service she provided. Thank you

I met with Stefan for a hearing test today at Lanivet.
He explained everything well and made me feel at ease throughout .
He was not pushy for a sale and came across as passionate and caring in his profession
I will not hesitate to make a further appointment if my hearing starts to deteriorate.
Stefan is an asset to the company and they should be very proud and honoured to have him on the team.
Thank you .
