First time at HH, Worthing, so a little apprehensive initially but had a warm welcome and soon felt at ease in the calm atmosphere. Dee was very professional and experienced, with a nice personality. I’ve had microsuction before and been in and out of the practice within 5 minutes. Today Dee explained everything to me, asked all about my ear health and as well as removing the earwax gave my ears a full health check, including photos and advised that if there were any concerns I would be referred to an audiologist, and did a hearing test again if any concerns I would be referred. This was a very professional and comprehensive service. All with a smile too!

I have been seeing Dee for ear wax removal for some time now. She is always very professional, explaining what she is doing and shows you the before and after videos she takes of your ears. I'll be returning again in the future - thanks Dee.
