Audika - York 16 Goodramgate レビュー

I was given a thorough inspection of my ears, and a smaller size plastic bowl for my right ear, which I have really needed from the beginning. The work was very detailed, and good care was given.

Hidden Hearing York offer an excellent service. Friendly, proffesional, helpful, reassuring and kind. Chloe and Sehrish took time to explain things to me. I felt really well attended to. Best hearing service in York. And I got a free hearing test after my ear wax removal.

Dan was very thorough. Friendly & professional

Very professional, no waiting and everything was explained, and all my questions were answered. Fantastic service.

After part of my hearing aid was lodged in my ear on a visit to York, Chloe was extremely kind in removing it for me, despite me not being a customer previously. Superb service, and I’m sincerely grateful. Highly recommended!

Very friendly and competent staff. Procedures, potential problems and solutions explained clearly.
Very effecient and effective procedure. Follow up consultation schefulef.

Hidden Hearing specialises solely in hearing products. Their approach to analysing an individual customer’s needs is thorough and fully explained in non-technical terms. I knew prior to my consultation that my hearing was poor and deteriorating but I didn’t know why. Now I do and the hearing aids that I have purchased have made a massive difference to my quality of life.

Because that is what I felt at t the time.

I have been going to Hidden Hearing in York for 3 years now. The staff are excellent professionals who give clear explanation and advice. The treatment I have received has been superb and I have no hesitation in recommending this Company and team.

What great service. Had a issue with my wife's hearing aids charger and we were over the moon in how we were assisted, even though we were from Australia. We highly recommend Hidden Hearing.

Excellent service, friendly staff, very professional & efficient.
Got an appointment very quickly & just the right amount of reminders.

I was met by two smiling faces, receptionist and technician. I was then taken into the torture -chamber 😄 🤣 😂 where Chloe went through exactly what was going to happen
. She did this in a nice relaxed manner and throughout the treatment she was always checking that I was comfortable and OK with what was happening. This is , I think , the 3rd time I've had this done abd mot once have I felt uncomfortable or in any pain. Many thanks to Chloe

Very professional service. Felt like they really had time to spend with you and explain things well.

The whole experience was very good

Professional service, very caring and considerate staff member, very clean and comfortable environment.

Could not want more.

Quick response to a lost hearing aid but no replacement available so ordered a new set with a 20% discount. Fitting due next week.

I enjoyed this experience as the gentleman who came for my annual visit was extremely thorough and informative. He went quietly about his business and never even mentioned getting new hearing aids which suited me fine.
