Audika - York 16 Goodramgate レビュー

Just called in here on spec as was suffering with ear blockage, they said they could help me straight away,
I was introduced to chloe who recommended micro suction, this took about 30 mins and was a complete success, hearing restored i felt so much better,
Chloe was very professional throughout and explained everything.
I will definitely be going here again if I have any more problems in future and would definitely recommend hidden hearing, goodramgate, York to anyone with ear problems 👍👍

Follow up appointment after wax removal in the summer. Another build up of wax in both ears, although not aware of any effect on my hearing. Mandy was able to successfully remove the wax and immediately hearing became "cleaner" and clearer - best words I can use to describe. Mandy is careful and very skilful, explains everything fully and I have absolute confidence in her tackling what had become a recurring problem for me. Was recommended by a friend and this is the go-to place for us.

Absolutely wonderful service from hidden earring. I was booked in for ear wax removable. Mandy , explained the whole process of the procedure, it transpired how the treatment was not required as I had an ear infection.
Thank you Mandy for all your help and professional advice .
I would recommend hidden hearing.

This was my second annual hearing assessment and I was very pleased with the whole experience: very professional from start to finish, courteous and above all helpful in sorting out my hearing loss. Could not wish for a better service.

Positive experience at Hidden Hearing, with Mandy. I had some hearing loss due to suspected wax build up. Mandy was very thorough and successfully solved the problem. Would recommend.

I recently had my earwax removed by Sam Kyei-Wamoah at the hearing place. I would have no hesitation recommending him to anyone with hearing problems. He was very gentle and caring, and made you feel safe and comfortable. My ears have never been as good for the last 50 years.
I would certainly return if needed.
Thank you.

I saw Mandy in the York branch of Hidden Hearing for wax removal. She couldn't have been more professional and talked me through every step of the way. The wax was successfully removed and I was also given a hearing test which was covered in the cost. First class service.

I had incredibly blocked ears most of my life and I put off going to an appointment for years. And since I have gone I really find I have gather my hearing back. The person who I saw; Mandy did a fantastic job at completely removing years of buildup which had bothered for way too long. No I definitely feel like I can properly hear again and it’s all thanks to her great work. She herself is very professional and caring when on the job, making sure your 100% fine all of the time. And end of the day she does the best job she can (and does so) I whole heartedly recommend HH if you have any issues with wax buildup as they will eventually get it all out. A professional and friendly experience from Chloe at the York branch. Everything was clearly explained and my ear wax removed carefully. To be seen immediately I enquired at the branch was fantastic in this era of long waiting times. Thankyou Chloe and Hidden Hearing.

Pleasant and professional staff made my ear wax removal very easy.
My technician, Mandy, gave clear instructions and explanations of the procedure and aftercare. I highly recommend Hidden Hearing in York.

Went today for my first microsuction regarding wax removal. My ears were totally clogged and it was affecting my hearing/quality of life. What’s even better is that they managed to get me in for an appointment short notice as this came up in the week and I am due to fly away at the weekend. I had a lovely woman named Chloe and she told me about my ear canals and showed me a before and after and made sure I was okay all the way throughout. She also had lovely chat! Definitely recommend this place.

Had wax blocking both ears. Booked a session at Hidden Hearing with Mandy. Left ear was sorted on first appointment and the right at the second. Second appointment is included in the fee. Very happy with results.
