A very handy outfit to find, The item (left Beats Pro ear piece) arrived in a timely manner and in good condition, just needed to pair it up again, will use them again.

Very happy with my experience. I needed a replacement for one of my airbuds after I lost one. There was an issue with the initial delivered item but customer service (Jay) was super helpful and responded straightaway and they got a replacement sorted.

Got what I was looking for. I ahd one earplug and it would discharge witha blink, and I thought it may have been the fact that it was just one the batery was getting discharge. It has been putting the second earplug in I bought from here and problem solved. Thank you for selling spares!

I ordered a replacement ear bud (Jlab JBuds Air ANC) way back in July, I was Unfortunately sent the incorrect type (AIR-R JBUD). The correct ear bud was apparently sent, along with a returns package but it never arrived, then they had no more stock and I’ve been waiting 3 months. To be fair, they did email me and DID REFUND ME on 30th October, but I had given up by then and didn't spot the emails. I have now updated this review to reflect their actions and overall good service.
I am also happy to return the (incorrect) Jlab AIR-R JBUD and my JLAB Air ANC Left airbud and case, if they send a postage label, since neither are of use to me and I hate waste.

I purchased a replacement AirPods charging case from AudioSpares in early September. The item arrived on the 5th and was immediately found to be faulty—it wouldn’t charge my earbuds or sync with my phone. Apple confirmed the case was non-functional and refused to assist since it wasn’t purchased from a certified retailer.

Despite being well within the 14-day UK returns policy, I’ve had to chase AudioSpares repeatedly. I sent photos, confirmed the model numbers, and returned the item with their provided label on September 29th. It’s now nearly a month later, and I’ve received no refund, no replacement, and no meaningful response.

Their customer service has been appalling. Emails were ignored or filtered out, and even after acknowledging the issue, they failed to follow through. I’ve given them 48 hours to resolve this before escalating to the Consumer Protection Ombudsman and sharing my experience more widely.

Avoid this company. Their prices for used items are the same price as brand new Apple products and the risk and lack of accountability are simply not worth it.

Ordered a headphone case on 23rd September, no update received on 29th September. Requested refund which I was told would be received in 10 working days and didn't arrive until 21st October despite numerous promises.
