Shipping should be 7-10 working days.First it was not shipped. After 6 mails and a month later it was shipped. Did not received a trace number. When requested the trace it was only one day in the Netherlands at customs and returned to the UK. More falsed promisses and no action or update. I even offered a refund without the shipping cost. No response at all. After 4 months NOT received and NO refund and NOT responding to mail.

Ordered a replacement Sony earbud case. 5 days later no updates, no change in order status. Emailed them for an update and so began a series of very polite emails promising updates and that 'it should have been delivered a while ago'. Soon realised it was a scam and asked for a refund. Some emails later they committed to a refund within 5-10 working days but guess what, no refund!

After 3o days, ended up going through my credit card company to get my money back.

Very great help, would recommend any day. Would use them again

Instant response to query by email, at night. New earphone came the next day. Works a treat thanks.

Prompt delivery and response to questions on my replacement airpod

Following a mix up with delivery address Audiospares were prompt in sending a replacement. We have been very impressed with their service delivery, the quality of item and speed of arrival. All very efficient and great vfm!

The store owner personally messaged me to help me make sure I had ordered the right product and even offered to help me set it up. They also went out their way to ship super fast. Great store and would 10000% recommend!

No problems at all. Item arrived promptly but a complete lack of updates from the delivery service.
Not audio spares fault however so given five stars.

i needed a replacement charging case for my Sony XM5 earbuds as i lost mine on a train. I found Audiospares previously when i needed a airpod replacement. Placed order on Monday and arrived the next day as i chose express delivery. Highly recommended. Thank you.

Ordered a replacement Sony earbud at the start of Dec 2024. No product received. Enquired via email and eventually I was told by Jay that there was no stock but they would be getting some in soon. I waited patiently and eventually received a faulty earbud at the end of Jan 2025. I immediately reported the faulty item to Jay and the team and was asked to return. I did this within 3 working days and heard nothing more. After countless emails enquiring what was going on and being strung along with most of my emails going unanswered I eventually just asked for a refund. Since then I've heard nothing from the company. I tried to get my money back (£65) from the bank but because my transaction with Audiospares took so long (over the statutory 120 days) they are unable to help.

In summary. Product not received in timely manner. Faulty product eventually received. Poor communication and no refund.

Please avoid.

Great service, ordered replacement airpod pro after I misplaced one of them. Confirmed my model and received working product in good condition. Price was good, cheaper than competitors and apple themselves.

I lost one EarPod on the beach. Found this sight and they managed to supply me with what I needed to complete the set again. Great comms. Item was second hand but worked perfectly and good condition.
Saved me a fortune from buying a whole new set.

I purchased a charging case for JBL tune buds from Audiospares. I received a confirmation mail and that was all.
So after my review here, Audiospares got back to me and asked that I take down my review, which I declined. As of early September 2025, Audiospares has made a full refund to me. So I guess they are not a scam after all.
