My experience of working with Augmentive and their wonderful team has been really fantastic. I can highly recommend them from both a therapist and client point of view.

I cannot recommend Dr. Khurram highly enough. He is incredibly kind, caring, and compassionate. His diagnosis and treatment for my ADHD have truly changed my life. ADHD can be a challenging condition to live with, but Dr. Khurram guided me through it, helping me to not only manage it but also thrive despite its difficulties.

His thoughtful and patient approach allowed me to understand my condition better, equipping me with practical tools and strategies to navigate life more effectively. He genuinely listens, provides invaluable support, and makes you feel understood every step of the way.

I am deeply grateful for his expertise and the positive impact he has had on my life.

The kindness and professionalism of every member of staff that I had interactions with made this Company stand out. I was efficiently and quickly guided to a Psychiatrist that specialises in Autism, Dr Shakeel Islam. He did such a good job for us. He and His PA’s answered messages promptly, efficiently and with kindness and consideration. We were given an appointment to fit our needs and schedule. I could not fault this company in anyway. From my first phone call to receiving our comprehensive and full report.

Essential support when I needed it most.
After being terribly treated by the NHS Adult mental health team. I needed to urgently see a psychiatrist and was able to get an appointment within a few days. I felt seen, heard and understood and together we worked out a medication plan that worked for me. Costly service, but recommended for anyone who really needs it.

As a psychotherapist listed on Augmentive, I have found the platform highly professional and incredibly easy to use. Their emphasis on seeing people as unique individuals and fostering genuine connections aligns perfectly with my own values. The support they provide to therapists is personable and efficient, creating a smooth and stress-free experience. I would highly recommend Augmentive to both clients and fellow professionals.

Dr Sandhya was very professional and kind.

She took her time to listen and explain things to me when she could have just done the bare minimum to get the job done.

Dr. Eappen was supportive and approachable, making the whole process more comfortable. She had a good measure of my lived experiences as a female with ADHD. She was informative and very professional. I was concerned that the female presentation of ADHD would not be understood, due to the nature of how questionnaires are constructed, but I felt very understood by Dr. Eappen.

Dr Sandhya Eappen was incredible. I’ve had such a horrible experience with the NHS recently and was starting to give up hope. I managed to find this service and even though it’s private and comes with a cost it was well worth it. Within the initial appointment treatment was initiated and a forward plan was put in place. This morning I didn’t have any hope of feeling better but following the appointment I feel that I can now get better and live a normal life once the treatment works. 10/10 would massively recommend this service.

After several months of navigating different routes for treatment my condition was worsening, and first line medication was the only option available

I decided to seek professional advice privately - I was able to make an appointment with Dr Bakshi via augmentive within 48 hours held online. The process of booking and joining my consultation was so easy and quick which was really appreciated at this time.

Dr Bakshi made me feel at ease and took the time to dig deeper into my situation/condition. He was very professional and compassionate. Dr Bakshi gave me a diagnosis that I hadn’t considered (now all makes sense) and treatment plan tailored to this. His expertise and personalised approach has turned my recovery around.

I had my adult ADHD assessment with Dr Sandhya Eappen, which was a positive experience overall. I felt comfortable and welcomed throughout the session and Sandhya was very friendly and explained to me all the information I needed. I would highly recommend her and Augmentive if you are seeking adult ADHD assessments.

Have recommended Dr Eappen specifically to friends and family as the process is so simple and efficient whilst ensuring a holistic review to get the right diagnosis.

The website provided me with enough information to decide whether to proceed with the assessment and which doctor I thought I would work best with.

The appointment was easy to set up, as the system is intuitive. When I had questions, the messaging system worked very well, and responses to queries were always fast.

Dr. Hina is lovely. She really listened to me and asked direct and pertinent questions during my assessment. She was clear and pleasant to speak with. She took her time with me and was attentive. She explained everything to me clearly and concisely.

The follow-up has been excellent, and Dr. Hina has been wonderful throughout. She has helped me with the DVLA as I am now taking medication, which I had to tell them about. She was also very flexible regarding appointments. She exceeded what I expected when I took a trip abroad and needed evidence from her of my prescription; Dr Hina sorted this out very quickly, which made the run-up to my trip easier and far less stressful.

I cannot fault anything and would encourage others to use this service and speak with Dr Hina.

Dr Rehman’s practice made scheduling, payment, and prescriptions extremely easy and accessible. She’s a thoughtful and knowledgeable practitioner with a direct style of communication. In particular, I’m grateful for her provision of appointments for new patients with existing ADHD diagnosis. Many providers will not start ADHD treatment without running a full assessment of their own, which is extremely expensive. Dr. Rehman’s office made it possible for me as a foreigner to find the treatment I needed at a fraction of the price.

Dr Bakshi, was extremely understanding and professional. He listened attentively and I can tell he is someone who cares. I hope to book further appointments with him in the near future. I would definitely recommend him to anyone going through social anxiety and past truama.

Fantastic service! I was anxious as I booked 5 days before my appointment. I was helped to make sure everything was sorted in time. My assessment was with Dr Peeyush Roy who I found easy to talk to as he made me feel at ease.
