We got the Auk 2 Mini. The aesthetic design of the device is beautiful. Our first plant we grew was basil. It sprouted overnight. The growth was amazing and consistent even after trimmings.

I really only dock a star because of two reasons.
The content creation overall is lacking. The company should absolutely be growing as many herbs as possible and offering a different tutorial for each herb. Try to set us up for success you know? As easy as it is, not everyone is a green thumb. The articles all live in some sort of help center when really they should exist in a website with better navigation.

The second reason is the lack of information on the materials. What exactly is the top layer? I get it, you want us to buy the coco fiber and seeds and top layer from you. But what happens when the top layer is sold out? What do I use? You're going to give us a bad experience and wait for it to come back into stock? I'm using an alternative but I had to spend time researching and I'm not sure I will have as much success with the product. You should just be giving your customers a positive experience trying to have success with your product, rather than try to make the sale.
Maybe I could have recommended to my friends to buy one too, but instead I hesitated because I'm not sure if I'll be successful using aftermarket top layer.

I love my auk! It makes growing plants so exciting and the app is really interactive and fun too!

What a great product! I saw it on IG for a while, and then I decided to buy it. It works as promised. What is also great is the support from the AUK Team! I recommend it to everyone that enjoys fresh herbs and tomatoes at your fingertips!

Auk Mini 2. Lovely looking bit of kit, very well designed. It doesn't take up much space on the work top. You can tell alot of time and care has gone into the design and the choice of quality materials used to make this. The app is handy, more features would be nice though. Instruction for setting up are simple to follow. Maybe some information about harvesting would be good in with the packs of seeds but then you can find this in the app so it's not the end of the world. Watering is easy. Light is pleasant, and doesn't use much power. Overall extremely happy.

Really enjoying my Auk2. Decided to grow tomatoes and cucumber. We’ve had one cucumber which was delicious. Looking forward to some more.

Waiting for the tomatoes, we have six or so little ones appearing so hopefully they will ripen up soon.

Such a great concept and lovely to have it in the kitchen.

Vi har hatt vår auk (den første) i litt over 3 år, og jeg er usikker på om jeg skal gi 2 eller 3 stjerner. Det blir 2 ettersom vi ikke får noen support fra Auk. Den har fungert en del av tiden, og vi har fått noen fine planter. Men, den har og hatt en del problemer. Vanntanken blir full av alger, og det ofte blir mugg der plantene gror. Den bruker også veldig fort opp næringen, og ny næring er veldig dyr, og kan kun kjøpes fra Auk. Den har også nå sluttet å fungere, og vanner ikke i det hele tatt lengre. Vi har forsøkt å kontakte auk flere ganger, men de svarer ikke. Dette er nok fordi garantien har gått ut... Jeg ville ikke kjøpt dette produktet igjen.

Finally a sturdy hydroponic unit that looks nice at home! Unlike the pod system in the other units I've used the larger pots in the Auk allows plants to grow more naturally. I've had the Auk mini 2 for two months and so far so good. It produces so much basil that I can barely keep up in using and this makes a pesto lover very happy.

I love my new Auk herb grower. It’s elegant and beautiful and very functional. I have fresh herbs for cooking everyday.

Simple to use compared to an aerogarden. No pumps to deal with and my herbs are growing well. Very impressed

Really happy with this purchase. Not only does it allow a constant supply of fresh herbs. But it also looks really nice on my kitchen side.

Really great first impression with packing and quality of AUK, it would have been beneficial to have had an option to sow 4 herbs in initial box so you can get an idea of what you would use more as I have way too much parsley and handing out to friends

Beautiful product and works great. I honestly wish I had a tower of them!

Had to wait for my Auk mini 2 to be delivered but was within the dates the company provided. On opening the box it was evident that the Auk is a quality piece of kit. Followed the instructions for set up which was simple enough and planted my Basil and Parsley seeds. Before the end of the first week the Basil shoots started to com through. The Parsley was slower but now both plants are well established and I have had 2 harvests from both plants. It’s fascinating to watch how quickly they begin to grow again and have made some delicious herb butter and Caprese salads. Very satisfied thank you.

Have found the entire process to be thoroughly relaxing. AUK 2 looks great in the study, design and build are quality

I have enjoyed using the Auk Mini 2 a lot so far. I no longer have to buy herbs from the store which would go bad very quickly and can instead just pluck what I need right from my kitchen counter. I highly recommend this product to anyone who has limited space but still wants the option to grow plants yourself.

I had some problems with my original AUK, but I have to give five stars for the way the team dealt with my queries and resolved things for me.
I now have the new AUK 2 Mini and think it’s a big improvement. It’s much simpler to operate, the new water tank system is easier to manage, and I also prefer the way the feed and nutrition pumps work. The holiday mode is a really useful addition too.
It looks great in the kitchen, with a good choice of colours, and most importantly, I’m successfully growing with it! I’m very happy with my AUK 2 Mini.

Very happy with my Auk 2 and have harvested a lot of basil and parsley. The root ball under the basil is seriously impressive. I then ordered the tomato and chilli set which I thought was going to take a while but arrived within a few days!! I love my Auk 2

I purchased the Aul 2 mini for my husband for his Birthday. It has been a great success. We are growing Basil and oregano at present. It is so easy to set up and start growing.

From placing my order to delivery, I had notifications all the way to delivery.

Once the Auk is set up its jist sit and watch. And right I front of you the herbs appear. The flavours are great.

We are looking forward to trying other herbs.😊

So easy to use and beautiful equipment. A point of interest too

Really pleased with how well our herbs have grown, the build quality is great and the growing light is effective. One thing that could be improved would be to add mode/timer memory, I’ve found if the plug is turned off or there is a power cut the program resets. I like the fact you’re not tied to their seeds/nutrients/fiber etc. if I need to source it elsewhere unlike other units I’ve seen. Ordering a 2nd unit for growing tomatoes now
