Very well thought out and made. Attractive appearance and works very well in its task of growing fresh herb / salad in the kitchen. The only downside side is the rather high price but isn’t that the problem with anything of quality nowadays? Also friends assumed I was growing something less legal!

Awesome! I already got two additional ones, one for a wider variety of kitchen herbs and another for growing chilies for the winter. Really simple to set up, the herbs grow by themselves and my first harvest tasted flawless.
Highly recommended for every home cook without balcony, terrace or garden!

Although you may have to wait for this product from a growing business its well worth the wait, everything you need is all there for you with comprehensive instructions and diagrams. Great product and service

I live in an apartment, and I love the compact footprint of my AUK! Not only is it well constructed, but the plants grow there amazingly well! I have enjoyed a bounty of parsley with which I made a wonderful herb butter! My basil has yielded two tasty batches of pesto! Thank you for this gift!

I love how fast my herbs grow in this system! I’ve already had 2 harvests of basil and parsley and being able to watch the plants grow on my dining room table has been a joy!
One thing I would like is a way to order taller side poles, coco fiber and the charcoal topping for this coming winter growth.

This system is perfect for apartment living. I purchased three of the oak mini 2 systems. I have Dill oregano sage mint basil parsley thyme and rosemary going in two of them and in the third one I have red peppers using the pepper and tomato kit. Everything is currently blooming and growing to the point that I am harvesting about every week. This product is exactly as advertised. I live in the American West where the winters get very very cold but because of my Auk's I can grow fresh herbs all year round. The fact that I can also grow peppers and make my own pepper sauces is a major plus. If you like fresh herbs and you like to make your own pepper sauces I highly recommend getting at least one Auk.

The AUK Mini 2 is a first of all a design masterpiece and it fits very well in my house. The setup is quite simple and the first seeding experience is nice and smooth. The app is nothing special but it can help to change scheduling of lights easily, nothing more. Looking forward to my first basil and persil harvest.

Der Service des Unternehmens ist wirklich beeindruckend. Man spürt, dass das Unternehmen nicht nur ein Produkt verkauft, sondern es selbst entwickelt hat und auch lebt.

Niemand ist unfehlbar. Ich hatte eine Reklamation, weil die LED-Leuchte nach 2 Monaten schlapp gemacht hat. Aber wie mit der Reklamation umgegangen wurde, hat mich positiv beeindruckt. Schnell und kundenorientiert.

Kjøpte første generasjons Auk, men den fikk vannproblemer etterhvert, da vannet ikke ville slippe til pottene. Kontaktet support, og der fikk jeg veldig god og oversiktelig veiledning på hvordan jeg skulle feilsøke problemet. Endte opp med at de sendte meg en ny Auk mini 2 uten ekstra kostnader da min gamle var defekt. Ble positivt overraska!
Auk er en av de få selskapene som faktisk lytter på kundene sine og brenner for at de for best mulig opplevelse.
Kommer til å kjøpe flere Auk produkter i framtiden og vil anbefalle til alle mine kjente! Stå på 😊

Great experience with the order process, setup etc. Basil and Parsley that came with the auk mini kit have been growing really well. Also planted other seeds not from auk but they didn’t grow at all

Lots of problems with this company. Instructions contradict what you're meant to do. The seeds are meant to be compatible with each other-but putting 4 packs of seeds in the box... one would automatically think, 4 seed packs, 4 small pots to plant in... NO. However their starter guide is different to the instructions on the app. I found out later once planted!.Now I ask for a refund which they said ok, but not for the chili and tomato kit at £29 because the seeds were used in the 4 small pot planter. But the seeds are not £29, the whole chili and tomato kit is £29 and they are refusing me this. POOR. You also have to wait 48H for chat response!! It's 2026! Email is not much better. Wish I'd never bought it

Leider bin ich von dem Produkt sehr enttäuscht. Trotz genauer Einhaltung der Anleitung ist das Ergebnis nicht wie versprochen, da nicht alles entsprechend wächst.

Ich möchte das Produkt daher retournieren. Auf meine mehrfachen Anfragen per E-Mail habe ich bislang jedoch keinerlei Rückmeldung erhalten. Das finde ich besonders enttäuschend und kundenunfreundlich.

Aufgrund meiner bisherigen Erfahrung kann ich das Produkt bzw. den Anbieter leider nicht empfehlen. Da ich bisher keine Reaktion erhalten habe, werde ich den Fall nun auch bei PayPal melden.
