I have tried two different fragrances and purchased Two diffusers. Neither of them had and smell and lasted any length of time. Save your money!!

The diffuser is fine, but I did not authorize a continuing subscription. It is impossible to reach anyone. I hope this email reaches a real person who will cancel any further false purchases from me!

Save yourself some time and money and shop some different brands. Aura House does not send a fillable fragrance bottle with the diffuser so you are forced to buy only this particular scents. I have one from elsewhere that I love and is safe for my pets and my occasional allergies. I will be returning mine- which will also be a bit of a hassle.

My order was running a little late and a very nice lady from Aura contacted me and said one of the scents was not available and gave me options and said my order would be send out right away. I was so pleased! THE BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE !!! Can’t wait to receive my order!!! I will be ordering again.

If anyone is looking for an honest review for the Aura House scents, here it is!! I purchased two diffusers with two different scents, Collins and Dubai. I just got it about a week ago. I may try a couple more scents to see if I can find one that I like...maybe just a trial one. The first scent I got was Collins. It is ok, more florally scent if that's what you like. The second scent I got was Dubai after seeing all the great reviews about it. To me personally, I think it smells like the powder that you put in smelly shoes..just my opinion. I won't be using Dubai because the scent makes me nausious! Anyone know of a scent that smells like cookies baking?

I’m extremely disappointed with my experience with Aura House. My diffuser took over a month to ship, and it wasn’t until I contacted customer service that they suddenly found one available in their warehouse and sent it. I requested tracking information but never received it.

When it finally arrived, it was damaged and missing the free kit that was promised with my annual subscription. Even worse, after only TWO DAYS of use, the diffuser stopped working. The scent capsule is still about 95% full, but it no longer diffuses anything.

I requested a refund and was told no. Between the month-long delay, damaged product, missing items, defective diffuser, lack of tracking, and difficulty getting responses from customer service, this has been an incredibly frustrating experience. For the amount of money I spent, I expected much better quality and customer service. I cannot recommend Aura House based on my experience.

It took a month to receive my first order. I signed up for a subscription and since it took so long to receive the first order, I was able to cancel the first month's subscription via email to customer support so that I could try it out first. I do like the diffuser and the scents that I received. The negative side is that I can't see the subscriptions on my account page to manage. I went round and round on emails and even called to try to get this fixed and the only thing they can do is suggest that I email or tell them over the phone what changes to make and they will make them. I can't seem to make them understand that the account is messed up. It doesn't show a subscription but wants me to order a new starter kit with a diffuser. They say they can see it on their end, so they don't believe me even though I sent a screen shot. I've tried two different browsers and restarted my laptop. Also tried on my phone. Just AI generated support from what I can tell and it is extremely frustrating.

Absolute nonsense. I ordered this on June 19. After it still hadn’t arrived on August 1st, with no communication, I checked in. Within 5 minutes, I received a response, and the response was everything is on back order and “may” ship the week of the tenth. If I wanted a refund, they could do that. I responded back within five minutes that I wanted a refund and to cancel my subscription (the website wouldn’t let me). Still haven’t heard back. They have two different addresses, they say to text a number for support, but no one responds. This is a crap company, and I doubt very much if it is even legitimate. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME.

I ordered from Aura House months ago and never received an email until the following month when I inquired about my order. I was then notified. I received my order and am very happy with the items, but I have not received my free collection. I wrote to someone, but I haven't received a return email.

I love that the device is so stylish. It really fits my decor. The scent is also amazing. Overall, I am thrilled with Aura and feel it is an excellent fragrance diffuser for any home!

Great product - performs exactly as advertised and I love the scent. I purchased for my office and have gotten several compliments from people who pop in/pass by asking me what the scent is. Highly recommend the Dubai!

I love my new diffuser. The packaging is very impressive so it would make a nice gift. It looks like a high tech piece of computer accessory and best of all it works great with several adjustable settings. It was also great getting samples of all the fragrances available. I especially like the citrus.

These diffusers are next level for your home. Scents are luxurious and the diffuser system is clean and effective. I highly recommend!!

I did my research and read a lot of reviews before choosing Aura House. I must say that I am SUPER pleased with the design, sleek look, well-made product. It works wonderfully and fills a few rooms. I've tried both the Collins and Happy scents and they are yummy!
Also, their customer service is fantastic!! I had a delay in delivery, and I wanted to choose a different scent before my next shipment, and they were on it pronto

I have purchased 2 diffusers from Aura House and they are both great. I love the different fragrances that they offer. I had an issue with one of my diffusers at one point, they walked me through some steps to try to fix and when that didn't work they sent me a brand new one. whenever I have had a question with any order they respond super quick every time and always make sure my questions are answered thoroughly and that I am taken care of. Great products. Fantastic Customer Service. Highly recommend this company.

I love my diffusers I have one on the main floor and my son has one in his area downstairs-I like Dubai and Collins and my sone likes the lavender. You can control each on your app, make it stronger or less, and you can put a timer on it as well. Easy to use smells are lovely .

I’ve had my Aura Diffuser now for a few months and i have mine in the middle of my place! Set to turn on in the morning when i wake up & the evening when i return home from work.
It’s such a pleasure to wake & come home to a lovely smelling home.
Customer service is top notch with very kind and prompt reply to any question you may have.
