Great customer service

Fast customer service and easy to change scents timing and flavor on recurring plan!

Honestly just love the product. I set the app to start the diffuser first thing in the morning, and before I get home from work. Smells amazing. Great product

I got this as a gift for my sister and let's just say she absolutely loves it. She said it does a really good job of masking wet dog smells and helps her recalibarate her senses after a long day of hospital smells.

She even got herself a second diffuser for her bedroom so she could use it with the lavender scent.

It's become my go-to brand for gifting!

The scents are amazing. So much better than the candles I was used to and much more aesthetically pleasing. My house has never smelled better. Customer service was also excellent and let me swap a scent when I tried one I didn't love for no charge (my agent's name was Lyn)! My favorite scents are Collins and Coast. I have been subscribed for 6 months and don't think I'll ever stop using Aura House diffusers.

From the beginning Aura has been great! From my first purchase/sign up, the shipping was fast, they sent the sample pack and a nice sized 1st fragrance. Every month the shipping comes in the right amount of time that the other unit needs changed out. The unit itself is on some kind of automated system because its on for a few then off, I always walk in to a great smelling apartment! I literally set it and forget it and it does exactly what its suppose to do! Its quiet, discrete and I highly suggest getting one! Easiest product to buy in 2026, buy it, get it shipped once a month and stay consistently smelling great in home!

STAY AWAY FROM THIS PRODUCT!!!!! If I could give less than one star, I would. I received my diffuser and scents from Aura House and within minutes developed a severe migraine from the overwhelming fragrance. The scent was so strong that I could not get it out of my house for hours, despite opening windows and trying to air everything out.

What made the experience even worse was the customer service. I contacted the company the very same day I received and tried the product to request a return/refund due to the physical reaction I experienced. Instead of any understanding or willingness to help, I was given the runaround and repeatedly told “unfortunately there is nothing we can do.”

A company that sells heavily fragranced products should understand that some people can have significant physical reactions. The complete lack of empathy, accountability, or attempt to make the situation right was honestly shocking.

Worst customer service experience I have had in a very long time. I would never purchase from this company again.

The scents are way too heavy and vapor hangs in the air, even on the lowest setting. The subscription is confusing, it states it is three months, but is actually four. Customer service is useless. Burn a soy candle instead.

Inaccurate business hours you can’t get ahold of anyone only through chat and that takes hours for them to reply. I was chatting with an agent to cancel my membership he said I was within the 3 month membership fee or whatever and I had to pay the difference and he would cancel it immediately. I paid the difference and put it this way I am still waiting for them to cancel. Quick to sign up/ send me an invoice but not to cancel. Ridiculous.

I recently experienced an issue with my AURA device, and when I contacted customer service, Shannon took care of everything quickly and thoroughly. She was knowledgeable, patient, and made the entire process easy. Thanks to her help, my AURA is now working perfectly.

My family and I truly enjoy having a home that smells wonderful. Over the years, we’ve spent a considerable amount on high-end candles, diffusers, and Scentsy products—but nothing compares to the AURA. The convenience of controlling it from my phone is a standout feature, and the quality of the fragrance is exceptional.

Our unit came with the Dubai scent, and it is absolutely wonderful. We were so impressed that we’ve now joined the monthly subscription club and look forward to receiving a new scent each month.

I had a terrible experience getting anyone to help me.
The scent is too strong, made people choke and gag. I feel like its on my lips and in my mouth. Oil spews from it leaving a film all over the room.
Then they make it difficult to return and get a refund.
I don't think it works properly or it wouldn't have such an oily film coming out of it. There are better brands.

The product is nice, the scents are lovely but I decided to return it due to being allergic to the scent, which I didn’t expect. I tried to start a return but the website was not functioning properly. Maybe it was because it was outside business hours or the site was undergoing maintenance, I’m not sure but it was so very frustrating and in trying to navigate, it was adding things to my future shipments. I was so angry that I shared my frustration in the moment on here as well as numerous messages and emails to the company. Well, the next day they responded a couple of times and they couldn’t have been nicer! I felt and still do feel badly and I want to apologize. They removed the unintended added purchases as well as walked me through the return for a refund process. What I assumed was a scam company is actually the opposite. I’d recommend purchasing from Aura House. Hopefully, they will make their website a little more user friendly and easier to navigate.
