DON'T BUY ANYTHING from this "company" or website. It looks like they have a business/website in your country, however they are in China.
They sell the lowest quality of earbuds you could imagine. Yes, they may appear sleek modern but that's all.
Same experience than others, when trying to return within the 90 days. Telling me I have to pay import tax and other costs. I could keep the earbuds and get 5% money back.
So I did send the earbuds back anyway ($25 postage) and am still waiting for the refund. It's now 3 months since they received the item back. (And probably resell it.)

Don't trust any positive review. I trusted an "official" tester on a website. It's all scam! Be aware!

Was lead to this website by another website which was clearly fake too. Placed the order and then check trustpilot, within minutes of the order tried to cancel and they advised to email. A few hours later they replied advising it was already dispatched.
On arrival requested for a return and it was just constant emails to say they'll give me a discount if I kept the earpods. Worst thing ever cheaper and worse quality than amazon earbuds.
I trusted it because they were affiliated with Klarna but even Klarna doesn't have anyone to report it to.
Do not buy from this website...
I didn't do my due diligence this time round and wasted £100

Ook ik ben er ingetrapt.
Het is een koptelefoon uit China en die van de action van 20 euro werkt beter dan deze.
Deze kraakt af en toe heel erg.
Veel te duur voor de kwaliteit.
Zeer slecht als je zoekt op beste koptelefoon dat deze er als nr 1 uitrolt.
Trap er niet in, haal de duurste versie bij de Action.

Das hat nichts mit auch nur durchschnittlicher Qualität zu tun. Der Klang liegt auf dem Niveau von 15€ Kopfhörern. Akkulaufzeit knapp über einer Stunde. Häufig Verbindungsabbrüche - einfach Mist.
Beim Versuch mein Geld wieder zu bekommen habe ich die gleichen miesen Erfahrungen gemacht wie viele hier. Mein Fazit - ich bin einem gut gemachten Betrug aufgesessen.

Now trading under malohar. Going through same process as everyone else it seems. Offered 5% refund and saying costs to China to expensive which is total rubbish.
AGAIN this company is now called MALOHAR look up the website it's made to look sleek and professional however looking closer it's obviously a scam . Stay well away

Toen ik ze binnenkreeg was ik best tevreden. Goed geluid en noice cancelling werkte top. Alleen na drie maanden laad de casing niet meer op en kan ik mijn oortjes niet meer gebruiken.

Op verschillende manieren contact proberen te krijgen maar geen gehoor. Jammer.

Prima hoofdtelefoon voor een prima prijs. Niet meer en niet minder.

Finger weg von diesem Anbieter! Die Kundenfreundlichkeit endet unmittelbar nach Zahlungseingang und deutlich vor Lieferung. Qualität ist miserabel. Damit nicht genug, die Rückgabe ist grenzwertig. Plötzlich wird ausschließlich in schlechtem Englisch kommuniziert. Die Rücksendung ist kostenpflichtig. Rückerstattung wird mit dem Verweis auf eine fällige Zollgebühr in China verschleppt. Insgesamt nie wieder!

I have never dealt with such a dodgy company in over 2 decades. There product is very cheaply made, I received it and there was something floating in the left ear head set, the sound quality was absolutely abysmal and there customer service is an absolute joke if you can actually call it that, I am fairly sure it is a computer generated message service that replies to you emails as they do not have a contact phone number( and obviously they don't have a contact phone number for a reason) this should have been my first alarm bell. What ever you do DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I’m only giving this 1 star because 0 isn’t an option. AVOID at all costs. This company is a SCAM. I paid £109 for headphones and when they arrived, I wouldn’t have even paid £10 for them they are that poor quality. I have asked for a refund and keep getting answers from ‘Support’ saying there are no quality issues and if I want a refund I will need to pay international shipping and customs tax as they are based in China. Nowhere does it say on their UK website they are based on China. Going through my bank’s fraud department to try and get my money back.

It's based in China of all places. Would advise anyone to steer well clear.

Poor quality product, noise cancelling does not work. Company attempts to refund you 10% explaining that shipping back to China (not the UK as the site implies!) is expensive. The point is that that's not our problem: THEY are responsible for the costs shipping it back by law under section 20 of the Consumer Rights Act of 2015.

Das Unternehmen ist nicht seriös! Die Beschreibung auf der Verpackung weist auf ein Billigprodukt hin und stimmt nicht mit der Beschreibung auf der Website überein.
Habe das Teil gar nicht ausgepackt und konnte zum Glück die Summe con meiner Kreditkartenfirma zurück buchen lassen.

Total rubbish headphones. Sound is muffled. Product is cheap and nasty.

I would flush them down the toilet except that would be an insult to my toilet.

My husband is currently dealing with a return issue with this company. He ordered black ear buds & they sent him pink. They refuse to return the item & give him his full refund. They have offered to refund him 5% of his purchase price. They also have suggested he try to sell them or give them away as a gift. I wish he looked into reviews before purchasing from this company. They are scammers. Don’t waste your money & support such a fraudulent company.

Literally just thieves awful product - you return it then they say they’ll refund you and won’t send you the money and say it’s been disputed when it’s not. They also funnily enough won’t provide the ARN number for your bank to track the payment. Because they never actually send it.

Just avoid at all costs go with a recognised brand.

Totally agree. Rubbish company selling rubbish goods. Purchased "noise cancelling " headphones in January 2024. Not noise cancelling. After 6 months careful use Left ear pad snapped from headband so attempted to contact company via email to complain. Absolutely diddly squat response & after reading the reviews don't hold out any hope of success.
