DO NOT BUY.

Lasst bloß die Finger davon. Kein Unterschied zwischen transparency mode und noise cancelling: wenn jemand vor dir steht verstehst du nichts im transparency mode; mit noise cancelling wird nichts gecancelt. Tonqualität mehr als schlecht. Wenn man sie kurz aus den Ohren nimmt, muss man sie erst wieder in die Box stecken und wieder herausnehmen, um sie neu zu koppeln und dann weiterzuhören.

Headphone besteld. Na daarna pas recensies gelezen, helaas. Binnen een paar uur geannuleerd. Maar pakket was al verzonden. Pakket niet opgehaald bij dhl punt en is retour gegaan. Na ong 30 mailtjes heen en weer, elke hetzelfde verhaal, klarna ingeschakeld. Klacht afgewezen en weer terug bij auralu. Na 3 maanden dan eindelijk m'n geld terug -15%. NOOIT MEER.... Auralu is 1 grote oplichtersbende.

If I could give minus I would. I ordered but almost immediately tries to cancel the order. I got a quick reply saying they had already sent it. Which was weird, it was basically within 5 minutes.
They did however said that I could return it once I got it.
I received it and contacted them again where they said it would cost me alot to return because of shipping internationally. I said I'd still want to return please let me know how. They said we will give you a discount. Again it will cost you more to send back to China. I said it is ok, my friend is going there and can ship it from there.
They told me I HAD to return it from Sweden in order to get full refund.
I asked them where in the policy it said that. And asked them to direct link me to the details. They told me to see the policy. Which I did. It doesn't say anything about where you must or mustn't ship from.
Their so called hassle free return policy is nothing but.

Ook ik bestelde EarPods van Auralu voordat ik reviews had. Ontzettend dom van mijzelf natuurlijk, maar dat terzijde. Nog op dezelfde dag een e-mail gestuurd naar die chinezen met het verzoek om te cancellen maar dat kon niet zei men. Product is geleverd en probeer mijn geld terug te krijgen wat een hele klus zal worden.. Chinese oplichters met zoals vaak inferieure kwaliteit producten en totaal gebrek aan morele dienstverlening. Ik ga kijken of ik via Visa mijn geld terug kan krijgen ivm oplichting! Niet kopen dus!!

Do not believe the positive reviews - they're all fake. You can't contact any of them to verify their reviews.
You will get an inferior product that smells like cheap plastic... because it is. You can buy the same thing for $50 on any other site
Even their website is questionable.
If you give them money, they will refuse to refund you. They pretend their company is local, but they're only in China, and will tell you to return the item to China, including postage etc, even though there's a local address on the package you receive

In an ongoing saga, this company refuses to refund money paid for 2 sets of headphones. After reading the reviews here I tried to stop the payment with the bank. They advised refusing the goods when they were delivered. So I did, having notified the company I wouldn’t be accepting delivery and wanted a refund. They added a %15 charge because I didn’t accept delivery. I still have no money. I have not accepted the ‘refusal charge’. DON’T even be tempted to use this dishonest fraudulent company. You won’t get any customer service, or honest quality products and they will steal your money.
To the company: just please refund my money. A couple of hundred pounds is too much to be out of pocket for…..

Wie von vielen bereits beschrieben. Absolut unseriös. Auralu wirbt auf deren Website mit Produkten, die noch nicht einmal 5,-€ Wert sind. Die Rücksendebedingungen sind äußerst fragwürdig und unterliegen keinen gesetzlichen Bestimmungen in Deutschland. Es werden 15% für eine Wiedereinlagerungsgebühr nach erfolgreicher Rücksendung nach China verlangt. Dies ist aber nicht zulässig, da dies nur für Gewerbetreibende verlangt werden kann, nicht aber für Privatpersonen. So kompensiert Auralu anscheinend den verkauften Müll.
Auf gar keinen Fall hier bestellen!!!

Koptelefoon besteld voor mijn dochter's verjaardag. Koptelefoon schijnt bezorgd te zijn, maar ik heb het niet ontvangen. Ondertussen bij Coolblue een andere koptelefoon voor mijn dochter gekocht. (Meteen de volgende dag binnen!)
Heb via Klarna besteld en moet nu betalen voor een niet geleverde koptelefoon. Krijg er zelfs extra kosten bij! Auralu wil mij een andere koptelefoon sturen, maar daar heb ik geen belang bij, omdat ik al een andere koptelefoon heb gekocht. Ze blijven mij nu bestoken met mailtjes, echt OPLICHTERS!!!!

Do not buy anything from this company they their products are terrible and you wont get a refund. The company is in china. You will have to pay shipping for them to lose your item. No product or refund.

Poor quality headphones, company tries to get you to return them to china and pay taxes. They are breaking consumer laws by not clearly stating where the company is based. I have successfully claimed a charge back through my bank and received all my money back by outlining this and stating if the company is UK based then they can provide me with a UK based returns address which they failed to do. I hope this helps you all get your money back from them.

Tried to cancel my order 5 minutes after stupidly paying, if I could bend my leg around my back I would constantly kick myself up the ass for a month, I've contacted my bank will probably wait for a month to see if they will refund me. First time this will ever happen and the last. Rip off company director needs hanging..........

Ordered head phones . Read reviews messaged to cancel no reply they are now saying shipped .I Still can't contact them via support I have contacted klarma for assistance to intervene. Do they never reply ? Have they a phone number ? . I notice they do not comment on the reviews either . Is there anything we can do ? To stoo this

Disgrace of a company hiding behind a .co.uk website with not one mention it was coming from China. Tried to cancel the order and they wouldn't let me. Told me to get my money back I need to pay for the return and the tax.
