I was looking at the 5 best earbuds reviews when this company flushed across out of nowhere onto that thread. Now, I don't know why or how ,I even entertained them let alone order from them. Hence where we may need to take some of the responsibility. It's ok to keep posting they are scammers who go around taking peoples good money in return for glorified junk, but that's of no benefit to potential new victims. They are probably still trading because they actually post their cheap junk after taking our money. They will fob you off when asking for replacements (which is a waste of time anyway as they will send you the same dog poo) and don't make me laugh if you think you will get your money back in a million years.
Lesson learned. The goods were sent from a dirty little warehouse in Wembley which stocks other crap along with their earbuds/headphones. You can see from the box received , the cheap printing, the photos lifted from other websites and the typically ridicurous Godawful Chinese spelling. Nice one scammers from China. You will be busted (just like your products) and soon. This I promise.

Vollkommen undurchsichtiges Geschäftskonzept und inkl. Verkomplizieren des Widerrufprozesses. Am Kopfhörerschaft hat sich bereits nach dem Entpacken ein Teil gelöst. Ein Noise Canceling gibt es nicht! Die Kopfhörer besitzen an keiner Stelle einen AURALU-Aufdruck, der diese Ware als ein Original auszeichnen würde. Außerdem schrieb mir immer die gleiche Person des "Kundenservice". Zunächst eine automatisch generierte Mail auf Englisch, obwohl ich auf Deutsch geschrieben hatte und beim 2. Mal wurde behauptet, alle schlechten Bewertungen seien von anderen Kopfhörer-Herstellern, die Auralu schlecht dastehen lassen wollen. Was derart Unprofessionelles habe ich noch nicht gesehen. Würden diese Kopfhörer 20 Euro kosten, würde ich mich nicht so ärgern. Aber das ist eine reine Frechheit! Gleichzeitig ärgere ich mich auch über mich selber, dass ich auf diesen Mist reingefallen bin. Nicht kaufen! Habe es auch bereits Klarna gemeldet. Hoffentlich passiert was, wenn sich mehr Käufer*innen beschweren.

So pretty much the same as everyone else on here. I purchased through Klarna as I didn’t want to send a company I hadn’t heard of the full price from my pocket. After reading reviews I decided to not even accept the parcel and refused delivery. This angered the company no end, but it also meant the shipping and insurance would be their issue not mine. Like many others they kept sending copy and paste reply’s with very poor English, so I involved Klarna who put a stop on the purchase and queried the company on my behalf also. After many back and forth with emails and Klarna investigating them all of a sudden miraculously got them to issue me with a refund. Just try to be persistent and keep all the facts. Their so called office address on the website is also a Thai restaurant which seems very weird for a so called international company.

Son de qualité très moyenne, son trop lointain, sans immersion.
Et surtout le système de filtrage est une supercherie comparé aux concurrents, ça augmente juste les graves, bref vive le marketing, à fuir.

Auralu accepted my need to return an item which was bought online.

They received the item on December 12th.

It’s 24th February and I’m still waiting for them to pay me the money I’m owed for the item I returned.

Well after waiting weeks and many sent emails I finally got my headphones to find they are actually damaged, they said its happened in transit not possible as the Bix was not damaged.
I have asked for a full refund and I have been told they will replace then, so I come here to find all these bad reviews wish I had of come here first before paying.
They look and feel like cheap crap so don't waste your money.

Leider bin ich auch auf die Seite von Auralu hereingefallen.Es handelt sich bei den Kopfhörern um minderwertige Ware.Die eigenen Bewertungen des Shops lesen sich hervorragend sind aber von der Realität weit entfernteren Stornierung ist unmöglich und ein Rückversand mit Erstattung wird auch nicht erfolgen.
Daher „Finger Weg“

Anmälde ärendet till ARN vilka inte kunde göra något för att det var ett utländskt företag vilka inte ens svarade på deras kontaktförsök.

I bought the Earbuds after looking at a review site, which for sure is run by them or a China company. Buds look ok, can hear ok, but people on the other end of a phone call could only hear muffled voice. I emailed them. They were very quick to reply, they asked me for video evidence, which I sent. They said sounded ok, but send back for a full refund. I posted back with tracking number. Again replied back very quickly saying Thank you. Buds landed in China in 9th Feb 2024. I have emailed them many times now. Dead silence. They suck you in twice, one in buying their bad product, then sending back to them on the pretense of full refund. Once posted you are completely ghosted. They will resell to another person for sure, they said so in their email. Please clean and package correctly for resell. Disgusting Scammers !!!!!!
UPDATE 06.03.24: After many emails I managed to get some money back, They deducted 15% Restocking fee and Customs fees from Chinese Government. All up lost about 35% of my refund.

Great product and the noise reduction function make me enter the working state well.

Terrible decision buying these. For the price I expect them to stay in your ears but they don’t. Battery is awful too!

Avoid, tried to cancel order 2 hours after ordering and was told they were out on delivery??? As suspected cheap headphones, £20 off amazon for similar. Not UK based as they make it out.

I'm glad I paid with my credit card as I've now asked the bank to check Auralu out for fraud after all the negative reviews wished I'd read them first

Ce casque est une véritable escroquerie. Tout en plastique très léger. Qualité du son abominable,grésillements très agressifs. Un casque que ne vaut pas plus de 15 ou 20 € et encore je suis gentil. Il m'a fallut moins de 10 minutes avant de la mettre à la poubelle. ( PARDON LA POUBELLE). Je regrette de n’avoir pas consulté les avis avant de faire cet achat.

Värdelöst företag. Hörlurarna är rent skräp. Företaget hävdar att de har ett galleri av bilder på sin hemsida och det är inte säkert att man får det man beställer. De gav mig erbjudande om avdrag på priset om jag inte pratade med Klarna som jag gjort min beställning genom. Har som tur är lyckats häva köpet via Klarna och förhoppningsvis avslutar de sitt samarbete med detta blufföretag. Köp inte

I would give 0 reviews if i can. This company is a huge scam. They run websites to rank their product as high end headphones. The only thing this company does well is deliver their useless headphones. Which are indeed horrible quality. Dont even try to return it because you will never get your money back. And you just return an extra headphone for them to sell it to an other clueless victim. I have no idea how they are still bot sued for fraud etc. I will definitely look at my options with a lawyer.
