I bought a toy, was never shipped.
I asked if it had been shipped, they replied due to high number of orders it hadn't shipped. They said it would be shipped the next day.
I never received confirmation of this. I asked them for confirmation 7 or 8 days later, they said it hadn't shipped yet.
I request a refund.
Scumbags. I got sucked-in with that deceptive Aussie name, then waited weeks for the item we bought for the grandson's birthday. I arrived over a week after the birthday party from China!
The product is utter garbage, not even properly packaged, just chucked in a plastic bag.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY IT IS A SCAM - THEY ARE NOT AUSTRALIAN - I HAVE EMAILED THREE TIMES THEY HAVE SAID MY ORDER WAS DELIVERED - NOTHING HAS ARRIVED AND I HAVE NOT HAD A REPLY
This is not an Australian company, shipped from China, very misleading. I ordered over a month ago and still waiting for my item
The name and promotion of this company is totally misleading.
I found their website on a bid to get my daughter some safe non toxic squishys. I could have ordered the cheap china ones from temu for a fraction of the cost but was fooled by the company name, believing this was an Australian company that would adhere to Australian safety standards. I was disappointed when checked the shipping tracking to see that despite the higher price I paid for the toys, they are just shipped direct from China anyway and therefore there is no guarantee of the safety standard of my products. I also have to wait the longer shopping time compared to if I was purchasing from an Australian company like the name suggests.
On further inspection of their website they do indeed state their warehouse is in China. The company name is misleading.
I will not be ordering from them again. If I wanted something direct from China I can to on temu for a fraction of the cost.
my experience overall is okay. a little delay but nothing to worry about.
I recently ordered educational toys from Aussie Kiddy and I couldn’t be happier! The toys arrived quickly and well-packaged, and the quality really exceeded my expectations. I bought a montessori toy for my nephew, solid quality, nice colors and Most importantly my nephew loves to Play with it, so Overall Satisfied
I‘ve bought the Choo Choo Domino Express Train for my nephew. His eyes always light up when he is playing with this train.
There were no problems with ordering or shipping this toy and I would make a purchase for other toys again.
