Stephen was extremely warm, kind and helpful when guiding us through the process of choosing our wedding rings. We really appreciate his help and are very happy with our rings. He also gave great recommendations on where to buy shoes!

Having recently bought a ring from Stephen
Having recently bought a ring from Stephen I could not speak highly enough of his service and making both myself and my partner feeling at ease when picking out our engagement ring.
Throughout the process he was honest and helpful by taking us through all the options which allowed us to select the perfect ring. His knowledge and delivery was second to none. I would recommend him to anyone looking to purchase an engagement ring in the future.

Brilliant service
Delighted with the service I received from Stephen in the Edinburgh store. He went out of his way to help me find the right ring. He was completely honest about different factors in the price, never tried to upsell and worked hard to keep within the budget I had set. My partner rarely wears jewellery and I was very worried about sizing the ring - thankfully the shop offered resizing free of charge.
Buying an engagement ring was a very nerve racking experience for me as I'm sure it is for many - Stephen was very conscious of that and managed the whole experience perfectly.
My partner is absolutely delighted with her ring and we have had loads of compliments on it from friends and family.

Great service and selection
We walked in to the Edinburgh store looking for a heart shaped diamond, having been through 6 jewellers already with no success. Stephen was our first point of contact and was immediately able to show us a number of different styles and sizes (albeit in glass, which was fine!). We then opted for a bespoke ring and from then on Stephen was an absolute gem, guiding us through both the style and the technical parameters of using different metals and diamonds. Stephen then went above and beyond to get us the ring as fast as possible.
Price was very reasonable and seemed to be market, if not cheaper. Would use again.

Can’t fault Austen & Blake in the…
Can’t fault Austen & Blake in the slightest, and would 100% recommend anyone to go here. Stephen was so friendly, approachable, patient and enthusiastic and made our appointment so enjoyable. We took our time and finally picked a ring which has now arrived and I couldn’t be happier.. it’s even more beautiful than I had hoped. Amazing service and I wouldn’t go anywhere else!

amazing customer service
Stephen probably is the best sales person that I have come across in my life time. Professional, helpful, passionate and fun which make the whole experience very enjoyable and stress-feel. If not because I only plan on getting married once I will be a repeating customer.
