Came in looking for a ring with no real idea what we were looking for. Dorota helped us out brilliantly and patiently helped us decide what we were looking for! She was very helpful and engaging. My experience getting an engagement ring at A&B Edinburgh was lovely, and for this I am so thankful to Stephen.

He was professional, pleasant to engage with, and had a wonderfully positive approach. His depth of knowledge was helpful, yet he made the process feel simple.

And since purchasing the ring he has remained patient, and with impeccable after sales care to us both. He is highly recommended.

I went to the Edinburgh store with my fiancé to start looking for wedding rings, Stephen was unbelievably knowledgeable and helpful. The service he provided was fantastic and he made the whole experience relaxed and fun.

Exceptional service from Stephen at Austen & Blake! He guided us effortlessly through the process of selecting our engagement and wedding rings. His knowledge and expertise was super helpful, and what truly stood out was his genuine dedication to helping us find the perfect rings without any pressure to make a sale. As novices, we had little knowledge around rings and diamonds. Stephen patiently explained the diamond selection, and found the best one available at this time for us. We couldn't be happier with our beautiful rings and the exceptional service we received. Stephen made it a stress free experience and was great at adding some humour to the process which put us at ease. We look forward to going back just before the wedding to get the rings polished and chatting with Stephen again!

From the day we first went in making our first enquiries about wedding rings, to coming in to choose our rings and picking them up the staff were friendly, helpful and treated us with such kindness. They gave us great advice on metals and styles that suited us - not trying to upsell or trying to give us something that we wouldn’t be comfortable wearing or spend lots on maintaining for years to come. Both our rings came in earlier than we expected, fit well and we have valuation certificates for insurance. The customer service was second to none, and we were not made to feel dumb or less-than for not being people who had experience in buying expensive jewellery. Staff were attentive, welcoming and made picking our wedding rings an absolute joy. We were able to order rings that combined styles we liked and very happy with the rings we hope to wear for the rest of our lives.

Our only critique is that the shop has a steep step to doorway (as do so many shops, bars and restaurants in Edinburgh) so wasn’t wheelchair accessible.
