Horrible customer service paid 250$ for a few fixes and they didn’t fix the main issue which makes the shoes unwearable! now want to charge me again to fix it when I already paid to have it fixed, it was literally the reason I brought them in…Beware and check everything, every detail before you leave the store! Coming from a repeat customer it’s just pathetic really.. go to other location with different owners, that’s what I will be doing today since they don’t value their repeat customers or the integrity of their work clearly..

Had my old boots brought back to life once again by Austin Shoe Hospital on Burnet Rd. Great work, done within a week, reasonable prices. Very happy with the quality of work here.

I walked in with a boot that had some seams busted on the tongue and he gave me a price, no up sell, just a simple affordable price. Three days later the work was done and it turned out Awesome! I thought I was going to have to drop another $200 on boots nope $10 and done! I will use them again! If I had checked their reviews before I wouldn't have given them a chance, they were at 2.6. However, businesses can improve. If you read this and they do good solid work at a fair price come back and give them a good review.
