Opals are painted glass.
We bought an opal pendant for my husbands mother in 2021 and have just found out it has completely fallen apart and has turned out to be a PAINTED PIECE OF GLASS.

Dear Josephine,
We are very sorry that the product did not meet your expectations.
We can assure you that our jewellery is made with 100% natural Australian opal, as indicated by our certificates (we would never issue a certificate if this were not the case, as we could have serious problems due to this).
We invite you to contact us to clarify this misunderstanding.
Best regards
Good value for money
The delivery was very quick and the product looks great. I received a certificate of authenticity via e-mail. The opal is shining in three wonderful colours. I can truely recommend the company.
