All the members of staff, ranging from the speech therapist and the different paediatrician were really lovely and understanding.

They all took their time to fully understand our sons needs and we felt really really comfortable sharing our experiences.

They were understanding, empathetic and very professional.

My experience at Autism Clinic London was very great, MS Amy Dunk was very supportive in my sons observations with alot of patients and help to get through the appointment.

The appointment went smoothly as she managed my autistic child and kept him calm and happy.

I had an appointment with Dr Rakesh Tailor on the 18/12/2024 at the Paddington clinic
Even if the outcome of the assessment was heartbreaking for us the service that we recieved was outstanding!!! The kindness, and professionalism of the doctor was just amazing.
He was very compassionate and knowledgeable

We appreciate Dr Ioaniss for the time he took with us to address our issues and concerns. He was exceptionally helpful and welcoming, and informative and professional. We are also thankful to Amy for her time and professionalism. We had hoped more time will be spent with our son at different times to get a full understanding of his challenges, but overall we are satisfied with the service and will recommend

The team was very welcoming and friendly they made us feel at ease. They explained everything clearly and made sure we understood during the meeting.

The doctor Rakesh Tailor was very empathetic and professional. He also explained and gave us the time we needed for further questions. Everything was explained thoroughly taking into account all of the information and observations completed and explained in detail the next steps. Thank you. Finally felt assured and listened to as parents to an officially diagnosed autistic son.

Our visit went very well. There are several waiting rooms in the clinic which makes it quiet and not crowded which was very good for our 4 year old daughter. Our visit was with Dr Sarah Gelli. The room was very spacious and our daughter was very comfortable. Dr Sarah led the whole meeting very well and it was very nice to see our daughter playing and doing the different tasks presented by the doctor. Overall the visit was great and my wife and I are very happy. Dr Sarah gave us valuable tips and advice. This is definitely a place worth recommending

I would say best clinic and speech and language therapist was brilliant, so nice lady. We went for our son diagnosis for autism. Brilliant doctor and he explained everything very briefly such a nice doctor his name is Ashok tailor. We got a appointments quickly .

All of the staff that we met were so kind and helpful and understanding. They took time to really listen to what we were saying and took into account of lived experiences. I would highly recommend this clinic.

Absolutely fantastic clinic- All the staff were so helpful and kind at all parts of our son's journey. Dr Banerjee was so lovely to both our son and us and her compassion made a difficult time easier. She is truly wonderful and really took her time to understand us as a family. I have recommended this clinic to several of our friends who have children in a similar situation to us and all had the same great experience. Thank you from the bottom of my heart.

Brilliant experience. Organised video calls. Organised appointments. Every appointment is booked one after another. Always informed what will happen next. They understand your child straight away. Prompt with questions and answers if you have worries. Highly recommend when I was given a choice of stay on a 2 year waiting or be referred to autism London clinic I jumped at the chance because the amazing reviews from other parents.

All the staffs are very friendly & helpful. And doctors are very patient in answering all the questions & explain very well.

I had a very positive experience at the autism clinic the staff were all very friendly and the doctor was amazing so professional and nice at the same time. So happy I have my questions finally answered. Dr Tailor was amazing with my child he was being so kind to us too I done my child’s assessment private as the nhs wait is too long !!

Exceptional start to finish. My daughter had a diagnosis of autism within 4 weeks of our initial contact. A special mention to Dr Rakesh Tailor who made our daughter feel totally at ease and explained everything to us so clearly. He was a genuine pleasure to deal with. A brilliant service which has rescued us from our almost 2 year NHS waiting list. Thank you!

I came for the first time the ambiance was smooth and clean. The staff was very humble and helped us to reach our appointment on time. During the appointment staff went very patiently and smiling with my child.

My 5 year old child had an appointment on Friday 13th September at 10am. We were seen promptly . We were treated kindly by the team they were very helpful and gave me the information I needed before they started. They then spoke to me afterwards also as to what happens next. It was a face to face appointment and I was very happy with the service provided.

I was very pleased with the way they listened to me as a parent, I felt respected and valued
