Dr. Claudia tailor was so amazing made us feel so much at ease and listened to everything we had to say

My experience has been great from start to finish.

The first call informed me of the first 2 dates and what would happen.

I was sent a text message and email to confirm, accompanied by information sheets, that I used to go through what would happen at each appointment with my daughter.

Each professional I have met, Ali and Dr Claudia Taylor were friendly, polite, respectful and took great care in explaining to both my daughter and I what was going to happen in great detail.

Ali made my daughter feel comfortable enough to take the appointment by herself.

Dr Taylor took great care in creating a rapport with my daughter, before completing the physical examination. And when my daughter did not want her tummy touched, Dr Taylor was respectful and skipped it, she did not try and convince her.

I was then contacted after the weekend to book my final appointment.

I would throughly recommend ACL to anyone, that would like to go through the process of diagnosing their child. They have made what can be very difficult for some any incredibly effortless process.

I chose Autism Clinic London for my son's ADOS assessment and overall had a very positive experience. The entire team — including the doctor, speech and language therapist, and psychologist — was professional, thorough, and kind throughout the process. Their approach helped me feel more confident in understanding and supporting my son's needs.

The only challenge I faced was locating the clinic, as I was unfamiliar with the area and could not get through on the phone while trying to find it. Clearer directions or responsive support during arrival would have been helpful.

Despite that, the assessment process itself was excellent, and I believe this clinic will be an important step in accessing the right support for my son’s condition. Thank you to the team for their care and expertise.

Was made to feel comfortable and at ease

Such a smooth experience. From booking the appointment to seeing the therapist. Everyone was really nice and helpful.

We were on the waiting list for my son with the NHS. They suggested if we wanted quicker diagnostic we can go with ACL. We are glad we did as we got our outcome quicker and it was done within a month. All 3 sessions went great, we were heard about our concern regarding our son, we were luckily to have caught it at an early age and got seen now. We knew what the outcome was but just needed it confirmed. We were also given advice on what we can do next in order to get help. Thank you ACL team for everything.

Our experience with ACL was positive. Dr Claudia Tailor explained the assessment process which made us feel at ease. She was patient when my son was having a meltdown and very helpful in calming him down.

Dr. Claudia Tailor was absolutely amazing during our visit. She was incredibly attentive and supportive with my daughter, Amelia, taking the time to truly connect with her and make her feel at ease. Dr. Tailor explained the assessment process clearly and politely, ensuring we both felt informed and comfortable every step of the way. She even spent extra time with Amelia, which made a big difference in how relaxed and confident she felt. We’re so grateful for her kindness and professionalism — highly recommended!

We were made to feel welcome from the moment we entered the building right up until we left. The waiting time was exceptionally short and Dr Tailor made us feel at ease throughout the process.

Amazing and efficient service. Staff were all very friendly and informative, assessment was done quickly but thoroughly with obvious care for my child.

The team were amazing, quick to reply and kind. After an asd assessment at another clinic which left me in tears due to the way I was treated with rudeness and unkind words, this was a welcome difference. I cannot thank the team enough. They were kind, accommodating and professional.

I attended an ADOS appointment with my 3 year old daughter. The doctor was friendly and answered my questions kindly without judgement. What was a daunting experience was made relatively stress free. ACL highly recommended

Making appointments was straightforward - they answered calls and emails quickly. All staff involved were professional and explained each stage of the process clearly to both myself and my child.

All staff were warm, friendly and helped to put my daughter at ease during appointments.

The report we received was an accurate reflection of all discussions and assessments.

It was a great experience overall. My daughter and I were made feel welcome and at ease on both appointments with two different professionals. They were both very professional and provided me with very clear and useful information. They were kind and took the time to answer all my questions.

We were seen on time.
The doctor was very friendly, engaging straight away with my Son. My son appeared mostly comfortable and happy attending, which made the process less stressful.
I found conversation very easy, I was able to be open and honest, talking freely about concerns etc. I felt heard and received vital information throughout. I didn’t feel rushed at any point.

The only point I’d mention, is it wasn’t made clear that our final assessment might/ could also possibly be a diagnosis appointment. If I had known that this was a possibility I would have better prepared myself mentally and emotionally, as well as ensuring I brought my partner with me.

Overall, very happy.

My son got assessed in a 3 week period time.The staff responded your calls and emails very quickly.The doctors were amazing,supportive and my son felt comfortable there.We have seen by Dr Ricky Ahuja ,Dr Amy Drunk,Dr Bridget Mulvany and Dr Harsha Wickramarachchi .The report comes very quick too and the NHS accepted the report and now we are looking to get the support after the diagnose given (ASD).I highly recommend this clinic it’s the best you can choose for your children.Trust this professionals!Is the same service as you read on their website.
