Outstanding customer service. So easy, convenient and affordable for long term car rental.

Good-Easy process to pics up.
Better-Could do with a little more explaining of car accessories.
Bad- The registration was not on windscreen, only realised after a week.

The 24/7 hotline is not actually 24/7. I could not get through to them except during business hours. The car has a mechanical problem, with a yellow warning sign. I took it to a Renault Garage in Nice. We called the helpline, they briefly talked to him and put him on hold for ten minutes and then cut him off without coming back on the line. I tried calling again and was repleatedly cut off. The garage couldn't take the car until 18 july. I am therefore driving the car hoping it doesn't switch to a red warning sign causing me to have to stop in the middle of a trip.

I really appreciate the straight forwardness of the contract (no hidden charges or additional ones) plus the new car.

It was great experience from start to finish. We were picked up from the airport in a timely manner. The car was new and everything was explained to us very clearly. Zoheir was very knowledgeable, super nice and effective. We will be returning next year.

I have been using Renault USA - AutoTT once a year for 5 years when I go to Europe and I am very satisfied. They respond very quickly to enquiries and their prices are quite competitive; I will continue to rent a car through them.

Pick up is convenient and quick and drop off also. No hassle about the car not being perfectly clean or minor blemishes that can occur over a three month period. And reasonably priced. Also very helpful and courteous people when we had questions over the telephone. Thank you

Brand new car fully insured. Should be available not only at airports (Roissy, Orly) but also at a downtown Paris location (i. e. Saint-Cloud Parking).
The selection of available models used to be a bit larger.

The car we received had a manufacturing fault, Once the dealer diagnosed the fault and determining that it would take too long to repair, they sent a driver with a new larger vehicle to us. The provided a rental in the meantime. Excellent service given the difficult circumstances, although reaching them was not always easy.

The vehicle leased performed well at all times during our 58 day lease.
However the total lack of a pickup and drop off service from the terminal at Nice airport to receive the car after a transcontinental flight was beyond irritation. I am always travelling with a large amount of luggage. So why can't that service be provided that I encountered at other airports?
