Poor customer service/claims handling
I returned from holiday to find that my car tyre had lost air. AutoAid refused to assist by towing us and only connected me with a seriously(!) overpriced tyre fitter as I didnât have a spare tire (not provided with my brand/type of car) or a tyre repair kit.
However, the fault was with the actual wheel not the tyre as my garage later confirmed, hence another tyre or a tire repair kit would have been of no use.
Despite informing AutoAid accordingly, I am still waiting for AutoAid to apologise for leaving our family stranded in this manner and issue an appropriate goodwill gesture.
