AutoCut saved my life (and my time)
I have been using autocut for about a month or so and ever since it has become an essential part of my editing workflow. Now there's messing around with third party tools for B-Rolls and captions. It makes editing podcasts and vertical content a BREEZE. It has easily saved 50+ hours of my time and I would recommend it to anyone who edits videos for living.

Beaucoup de bugs, pas beaucoup de qualité et cher pour ce que c'est

Spent more time fixing the errors this plugin created than just doing it myself, not worth spending money for.

Ca bug tout le temps tout le temps j'ai jamais vu ça. J'apprécie l'innovation en terme d'IA mais les bugs sont horrible. Payer ce prix la pour autant de bugs je peux pas. De plus, service client qui fait exprès de ne pas répondre parfois. Pire experience client de ma vie.

For several days now, I have had an open ticket on the Autocut Discord server regarding an issue. The site states that I should receive a response within 24 hours. First, I filled out the form on the website and waited 48 hours, understanding that people sometimes have other commitments. However, I still received no response. On August 15, I opened a ticket on Discord, kindly explaining my situation in detail. The next day, after I tagged the Discord Autocut Team, they responded, asking me to provide more details—even though I had already done so in the initial email. I understood and complied, but then I heard nothing for days.

On August 18, I sent a "Hello" message but received no reply. I then made a public help thread. On August 19, I tagged the person who had responded initially, and he replied with a "Hello." After I wrote out the details again in several paragraphs, he simply responded with another "Hello" and then disappeared. I sent another message, saying, "Hey! Hope you are doing well!" but got no response. On August 20, I sent a message asking, "Hello, with all due respect, can I have an answer?" Still no response. On August 21, at 7:00 PM, I tagged him again. I always give an extra day or two because I understand delays, but I really need an answer.

Finally, today on August 22, another support person messaged me, saying, "Hello, sorry, but [Person 1] is on vacation." I have no issue with him being on vacation—I truly hope he enjoys it—but why on earth didn’t anyone let me know earlier? For me, this experience with the support team is enough to make me reconsider using the product. When you're paying a price like that, you expect professionalism from the support team and timely updates.
