Rubbish company sells cheap chinese parts for top prices i ordered an item the part came and the fitment was awful then had to get it swapped 3 times still no good. Then when asked for a refund they ignored my emails. So in the end i returned the parts and had to open a case through paypal to get a refund. Cowboy outfit don’t use.

I purchased carbon parts for the M2 competition. I want to say a big thank you to the guys from AUTOID for the excellent performance, but I also want to note that there are almost no problems when installing TRE components, which cannot be said about AUTOID ... in general, everything got up quite well, but the TRE components are of better quality side! In my opinion they are worth their money, and you can save a lot of money in comparison with the same BMW Performance. We suffered a little with the installation, but as a result everything is in place and looks as good as BMW Performance. Many thanks to the AUTOID team for cooperation, it is very pleasant to work with you guys!!!

Got the guys to fit a front splitter , rear spoiler & shark fin in carbon . Great service great product, fitted in no time was a very professional service. Will be going back for more carbon on the X5

It’s a shame that I’ve had to give a mediocre review for what could be a great Company.

I contacted the Company as I wanted some black kidney grill for a car that I’m picking up. As it is a new car I wanted the fitting service and even drove to their offices to check them out.
Alas, they never returned my calls and I felt that they regarded me as a pain rather than a potentially good customer.
In the end I bought the grills from a competitor and I will attempt to fit them myself.

I did buy some black M sport badges from AUTOID though and will confirm that they are great quality with the colours the correct match.
The goods were dispatched and received the next day so don’t be put off.

Update:
The Company rang me and offered their apologies for the above and even offered to fit the parts which I bought from a competitor, which was a nice touch.
I have to say that they do care about their reputation and go out of their way to help.
I would definitely buy goods here again.

I recently ordered a carbon rear spoiler for my M240i from the website after I saw they were back in stock from an instagram post. I received the item in a timely manner, the item was adequately packed and in perfect condition. I've since received exemplary customer service from Sam, who has been keen to get in touch and personally ask how I'm getting on with everything. I cannot fault their service.

I recently purchased a set of carbon fibre wing mirror covers from Autoid and would highly recommend. My car has BMW OEM carbon fibre splitter and spoiler and the wing mirrors match perfectly. Delivery to Scotland was really quick and they arrived safely. Thanks guys, would definitely purchase from again!

M car wing mirror conversion for original M2.
Totally transformed the car! Why M2's never came with this wing mirror from factory I will never know.

Ordered these in Estoril for my M140 and to get rid of the ferric caps. Bonus that they look very similar to the M mirrors. (Always wanted a proper M car but dog would object:)) Arrived very quickly and extremely well packed. Followed the video for fitting and easier than I thought. Everything fitted and lined up perfectly. Colour match of Estoril also very good.
Will definitely be using these guys again and would 100% recommend them.

I recently ordered the entire carbon pack for an BMW M2 Competition.
The packaging was great, nothing to say and the quality of carbon worthy of the original carbon from BMW, see the photos on the AUTOID website.
The placement was done by myself, given the quality of manufacturing, no worries to do it myself.

I recently purchased the carbon CS style spoiler for BMW M2 Competition and I cannot recommend the product and the service enough. The product was very well packaged and only under extreme circumstances could I see the products being damaged in anyway. The product itself was very easy to install and it helped that the tape was very high quality 3M tape as some other companies cheap out. It also helped that on there website they have an installation video. The service I received from AUTOID was also very good, they kept me upto date where my product as and after delivery got in touch with me to make sure that everything was okay. I highly recommend them to anyone.

If you are a BMW owner looking for high quality OEM plus cosmetic enhancements for your car, then really AUTOID is the only business you need to use and refer to. Having bought the “M3/M4 style wing mirrors” on my previous M140i and currently the tin it’s rear reflectors on my M2C I’m pleased to say the quality and finish is excellent and represents great value for money. If there happens to be any delays with suppliers, they’ll also be in communication throughout the process. AUTOID’s reputation throughout the BMW forums and pages is also reassuring, if you are unfamiliar of the business.

Great service from AUTOID , it’s the 2nd time I’ve ordered air fresheners from them as like smell and match car.
This time I ordered rear reflector delete even though I don’t think these are worth money this is nothing to do with AUTOID it’s the product.
They are a great company and will definitely use again.

Perfect fit and quality. The M2C looks much better now.

A bit trouble with the delivery. Parcel2go did a misstake and refunded the package. But Jack solved it. He did a great job. And was updating me all the time in progress. I will order more times from Autoid! Great service 👍🏻😀
