Auto Lenders has long-standing relationships with 15 regional banks and leasing companies to ensure we get only the best used cars and trucks. These banks and leasing companies supply us with thousands of low-mileage, off-lease vehicles each month. Every vehicle undergoes a 110-point certification inspection, but we keep only the cleanest and best conditioned ones. These vehicles are fully serviced from top to bottom and then we send them out to one of our six New Jersey showrooms. The vehicles that we reject are sold at wholesale auctions to other car dealers. It's like Vogons running a car buyer company
AutoLenders made an online offer for our vehicle. They then sent us through to some ALGO company to gather documentation. ALGO made us upload all sorts of images, assuming that no one does anything without cell phone anymore. We had to literally take screen shots of PDF documents because their upload site can't handle a PDF?! Then they asked for another document. Then another. Then another. Then another. Then finally said "No, we need THIS with your company's EIN on it." Well, that's what I had sent them, and even showed them on the document where they could find it. Then they said "No, we need something else." It's just a bunch of ridiculous nonsense. They never had any intention of buying the car. When I mentioned that I was getting frustrated with the hoop jumping and said I was going to start fielding other offers for the vehicle, they said not to "threaten" them. Threaten? They're spending a few thousand and will turn around and make a few thousand on the car, and they're making US do all of this work for nothing?
They obviously do not have their act together. I would work with another company if I were you.

Pre purchase inspection
When dealing with Auto Lenders do yourself a favor and pay the extra cash to have the car inspected by a reputable independent dealer before purchase. They have no problem pushing absolute junk off of their lot.

These guys are acting like they want to resolve this, but instead have been wasting exorbant amounts of my time. They even said they were going to fix the paint, but drove the car a couple hundred miles and had some hack painter get overspray all over the seals, roof and panels. They even scratched the window tint so I had to replace that as well! I've saved all of the calls and texts and we're up there in time wasted now. Ridiculous. Worst car buying experience I've ever had. Where do I begin...
They were dishonest about "sap" on the car. Turned out underneath so called sap were chips in the paint that they would not fix. They told me to bring it in and they would take care of it, but they did nothing. The first time I went to test drive the car it was about to rain. They told me they needed to change the windshield wipers so it was not safe to drive at the moment. When I finally purchased the car after the first rain the car leaked and flooded. They did fix it after I was adamant about it, but it was clear that they knew this issue ahead of the sale. They are selling cars with known issues...the first car I test drove had vibration in the seat and steering wheel at 50mph. If I hadn't asked to drive the car home I would've never known about it. They had someone drive the car from NJ that morning so they obviously knew of the problem, but did not disclose it. They even tried to prevent me from driving it on the highway. Very shady, be careful folks.

AutoLenders I was originally impressed with your dealership in Egg Harbor Township. Sales staff was good and the service department used to be really good. It seems that things have changed. Iâve heard horror stories lately regarding the service department.
My Jeep Liberty required the replacement of the heater box and heater core about two years ago.
Recently my Liberty started to act like it was going to overheat. Upon inspection it was noticed that there was coolant leaking from under the vehicle.
I was able to track the leaking coolant to the passenger side foot well. The coolant is leaking from the heater core and is pooling in the footwell before leaking through a body plug.
I called the service department to see what could be done and what would be covered since that system was last repaired/ replaced there. There is no reason that the heater core should have failed this soon after the repair.
The person I spoke with on the phone said that it would not be covered since it was beyond the warranty period of one year or 12,000 miles.
While the repair was done a little over two years ago, it only has 9300 miles since the repair. I asked to speak to the Service Manager to see if anything could be worked out. The person I spoke with said that the Service Manager would call me back. It has not happened yet and I have called back multiple time since with no call back.
** UPDATE ** I received an email from the owner of Auto Lenders last night promising to reach out to me this morning. We will see how that conversation goes and I will update my review accordingly.
** UPDATE ** Just met with and spoke with corporate over at AutoLenders and they are going to take care of the repair and all associated issues.
John, the Corporate Service Manager, was extremely helpful and pleasant to work with.

From the minute I made my initial contact with the folks and Auto Lenders, it was the easiest process I ever went through selling a car. I was given a very fair price which I agreed to.Contact with their team was very easy and we were recognized by our phone number when we called. I was a little nervous at first. A couple of days before my car was scheduled to be picked up I received calls from the pickup team who gave me options on when to pick up the car. NEVER BUY ANYTHING FROM HERE!! I haven't had my vehicle for a year and I'm already having to bring it in for the 2nd time! The first time I only had it for a couple of months. They did a shoddy job fixing it to where now I have to bring it in again. And of course now they aren't going to cover anything even though it's having the same exact issues. Saying it's been too long. Yeah cause you fixed it enough to where it'll get by until they don't have to cover it. Maintenance lift is on for the 2nd time and the key fobs batteries are pretty much dead. They lie to you saying they will give you a ride home, but when you get there the guy says "well I want the one who told you that so no" then when they give you the key back they tell you to push the button to find it. So you have to walk all over trying to find your vehicle. The guy wouldn't even look at me when they handed me the key back not tell me what all is wrong with it. When I asked questions I was pretty much brushed off. Be better off going to a shoddy car dealership you find on the side of the road!

This company can improve by teaching customers service to your employees!!! I felt treated very rudely by an employee name Rob!! Am 66 years old and this guy tells me to stop playing games, because he stating that he had told me about renting a car and how I would have to paid if I went over the seven days of renting with the insurance. I was never informed of this I was told I be paying taxes and $50. for deposit!!!! My whole ordeal from start to finish with auto lenders was a tremendous amount of wrong information everyone I had spoken too had something different to say!!!!!!
Good at humiliating people
I feel that Autolenders does not do enough work to get you approved for a loan. I can get approved anywhere else but Autolenders.. I have bought multiple cars from there and so has my family and this place just embarrasses you and humiliate you with a card thatâs well within your range. I was not asking for a $50,000 car I was asking for a $21,000 car I feel I was treated horribly there by management and I think they should be ashamed of themselves and they are disgrace to the auto industry.

Auto Lenders...typical used car sales
There was minor front end damage to the car. We should have walked away however they promised to make the repairs as they were cosmetic.
They replaced the grill however declined to replace the front bumper cover.
I expected more...to be treated fairly.
Turns out the photo's they posted of the car showed the front end to be intact with no damage...looks like they damaged the car while it was in their possession...
I'm getting estimates and will pay for the repair myself and seek reimbursement through small claims court...
Cars break and I understand peoples frustration however this was avoidable and they could have made it right.
I would under no circumstances recommend Auto Lenders to anyone.

We went to Auto Lenders last week. I was looking for a very specific car. Upon waking in, we were greeted by Bryan (owner, i think)and then we were moved to deal with Matt(babyfaced sales man). I looked at a grand total of 2 cars...I had found MY CAR on their website. I simply needed to tell them the car I wanted, and they just brought it to me...read that AGAIN...I didn't say anything about being shown 40 cars in 15 min, none of which had anything I wanted, and were waaay out of my budget...that DIDN'T happen! I was dreading the entire thing, honestly. I was literally able to sit in my livingroom and compare the different cars. The selection is awesome.There were a few questions I had, all of which were answered in ways that, even I could understand! I didn't want to need to come back to pick up the car. MATT made sure that I had my car within an hour after signing the paperwork! All clean, inspected and ready to go! I am thrilled with the car (2019 Jetta). I was able to accomplish the goal of buying a car in a total of 3 hours! No haggling, bullying and salesey "misunderstandings"...just simple, pleasant, straight forward and kinda fun. I haven't EVER experienced buying a car like this. If you are interested in being treated as an individual and not as a "sale" AND getting a great, reliable car...go to Auto Lenders

I've purchased 2 vehicles within months of each other from Bill Holcumb. Both buying experiences were super quick and easy.
Yesterday, I got a flat tire, but my vehicle didn't have a wheel lock. I contacted Bill, who put me in contact with Cole, who had my vehicle towed to the shop at their expense, to get the lug nuts off and put new ones on and give me a wheel lock.
