Before working with Sharon, Howie and Anthony in Lakewood, I would have given AutoLenders a 1star review. My experience with AutoLenders-Princeton was a horrible experience that left me feeling very dissatisfied and frankly a bit ripped off.
I purchased a vehicle at the Princeton dealership and paid cash. The next day, I noticed the engine light on. This was my first trip back to try to resolve the issue. In the next 5 months, I took the vehicle back a total of 10 times. I finally got fed up and did a search online for where the Corporate office was and called. The first person I spoke with was Sharon. I was so upset about feeling taken advantage of and had so many incidents to relay, I just needed to be heard and believed. From the first phone conversation she expressed true concern and wanted to rectify the situation not push me out the door.
Sharon, Howie and Anthony got me a trade-in for this problem vehicle and they absolutely went over and above with customer service, timeliness and cost. Thankyou AutoLenders Lakewood!!

The Sales Manager (Steve) is by far the most unprofessional sales manager that I have ever experienced after purchasing over 40 personal and business vehicles since 1988. After contacting Auto Lenders on December 16, 2021 concerning a vehicle that we wanted to purchase, we informed them that we would arrive at 2:30PM on Friday,, December 17, 2021 from Maryland to purchase the vehicle. At 1:30 on that Friday while 1 hour away on a 140 mile trip, we received a distresses call from one of the salesmen stating that Steve, the Sales Manager, had allowed another salesperson to show the vehicle although we had received a text from Steve ( Sales Manager) at 9:39AM stating that he was looking forward to meeting us and selling us the vehicle. We informed the salesperson that we were 1 hour away and still wanted to purchase the vehicle as stated. When we arrived, we were informed by the Sales Manager (Steve) that walk-in customer had just gotten approved for the vehicle loan. This entire interaction that transpired was COMPLETELY UNPROFESSIONAL. However, we had another option in New Jersey which ended up being a better deal with a more professional sales team.

Nice service and cars, no troubles

I purchased 3 cars from Autolenders and was happy with all 3 transactions. They really did seem like they offered a different kind of experience.

Last week they showed their true used car dealer colors and bait and switched me with a trade in offer. Do NOT use their automated system. Even when you get there they find a way to make your value way, way less. My offer of $13,500 became $10,000 once they got me in the dealership. They had all the pertinent information when I filled out the online form.

They got 2 stars because of the first 3 transactions. This transaction was -2.

I enjoyed driving going to one of the famous department store in town to buy some Clothes for my sister's birthday gift. As I walked inside the store, I am thinking where to buy new vehicles for my self. Upon searching in social media, I have read about the best company and most recommended one.. So after all, I immediately proceed to the said company and as they entertain and explained to me the whole process,so I get one and delivered to me after 2 days. It is proven that the AUTO LENDERS is the perfect road to drive because of its fast but finest and smoothest flow in terms of processing and the customer service itself. They are very particular with their products. I will recommend them to some of my friends..

Even such old kind of business can make surprises. The company is extremely pleasant to work with. The sortiment is very wide and the staff can answer all of your questions concerning their products. I believe that everyone is able to find something for themselves in these stores.
