I recently bought a car from AutoLenders in Egg Harbor Township. I waited to write a review until some time after the purchase to get an accurate idea of how AutoLenders does business. The salesman helping me, Ed, was friendly and took the time to listen to my wants and my concerns, and took time to know me as a person, which was appreciated.
However, upon installation of my tags, I was informed I would need a new front bracket to secure the tag to on the front of the car. I was told to call in a couple days to confirm it was ordered. I did so, and was told it was ordered. I would get a call back in a couple days when it was in. A week and a half went by. No call.
I then attempted to reach out to the service center multiple times throughout the week, and never got an answer on the phone. I then went in person, two weeks after being told the part was ordered, and was told the part was never ordered. I would get a call in a couple days.
Another week goes by with absolute silence on the part of AutoLenders, regardless of how many times I call and leave messages.
I called my salesman, who assured me the part would be ordered and I'd get a call back later that day from the service manager. No calls from AutoLenders for three days. I called again, and asked to speak to a manager. The manager, Aaron, was the first person to take direct action and physically go to the service area. He informed me the part had arrived, and I could finally come get it.
Though the part itself is insignificant compared to the internals of the car, this ordeal showed the truth about AutoLenders. As someone who works in service, the customer service here is horrendous. Complete silence is totally unacceptable. Waiting is not a big deal for me, but what is a big deal is keeping me in the dark. If I did the same at my job, I'd be fired in a flash. Yet, no one at AutoLenders really took the time to make it right. The closest I got to that was Aaron, which I'm thankful to him for. I'm glad I waited to write this review. Once you hand your money to AutoLenders, they no longer care about or respect you as a customer.

I came in to buy my first vehicle. Anthony was my sales guy and he was so helpful! Now I am a proud owner of my dream Jeep and have comfort knowing I have the dealers warranty and my own 3 year after that. I would definitely recommend coming here!

I’ve been a loyal Auto Lenders customer for years now and all my experiences with them have been outstanding! I got my Jeep Patriot there and my Toyota Camry. My experience this time around was no different. I visited the Williamstown, NJ location and worked with Ryan W. who was amazing! He helped me get the car that I wanted and worked with me every step of the way. Very easy to talk to and made me feel comfortable the whole time. Every staff was welcoming and offered assistance while I waited for paperworks. I wouldn’t buy a car from anywhere else, definitely will be coming back in a few years/when I’m ready for a new ride!

Always have a good experience when buying a car from Auto Lenders. Have purchased several cars over the past years and continue to come back. Selection, professionalism shown by staff is the main reason I am a customer for life. My dealer Matt Rigoli was helpful, professional and a pleasure to deal with. He was very accomodating and didn't make any promises he couldn't keep. He helped me through the process and I truly felt he had my best interest at heart. I felt very comfortable when dealing with him and found him to be very knowledgeable. Auto Lenders is lucky to have him on their team!!

Good selection. Back up what they say. Knowledgeable salespeople. Get answers quickly if they don't have answers.

Anthony was friendly, helpful and a pleasure to work with for my purchase. This was my 1st purchase at Autolenders but will be my first stop when I am looking again.

It has been a wonderful experience with Auto Lender. I called one day in advanced to see if the particular SUV I saw online was still available.The Representative Eddie said it was still available at the Egg Harbor NJ location. I said to him, do not tell me it's still available and when I get there they tell me it was sold, then make an attempt to sale me something else. He said, I will double check to see if someone else is interested in the SUV. Come to find out the person that was interested didn't show up. When I arrived the next day the salesman Mark was great! He explained who they are and what they do. He was honest, straight forward and conversation with him was like a brother. After test driving, I was approved within the hour and drove off the lot with a 2016 Chevy Treverse fully loaded with sunroof.

cost at end of deal seems kind of shady . They were good at getting deal done because of credit rating financing was difficult. Overall the Vice President really pushed the guys to get it done.

We recently purchased our 2nd car at Auto Lenders. It was the first place we thought of when we decided to replace our car. The sales associates we met with were very helpful and made the car buying experience less stressful than normal.

Had been looking for a hard to find Pontiac G8 GT for months. I saw the Auto Lenders ad but the car was in New Jersey. Their website made it easy to get it transferred to the Exton Pennsylvania store. My salesman Austin took care of getting it inspected and prepared. The test drive was everything I was hoping for. They made a more than fair offer on my trade. I'm deducting one star from the review because the ad stated the vehicle had Bluetooth which it did not. I've owned the car for a week now and I'm very satisfied. Thanks for a drama-free experience!

Awesome experience I was indecisive on what I wanted I had the salesman bring 3 different cars to the location after about a week I finally decided on something. I ended up purchasing the Audi Q5 love, love, it.

Great service, laid back approach. They let you enjoy the test ride and look through the car without being hounded. They explained everything to me that i didnt understand, was an actually enjoyable experience compared to dealers.

From start to finish The process was a breeze! Someone from their online department contacted me after I submitted for a trade in quote. They set up my appointment and told me who I would be working with. Our salesman, Anthony confirmed our appointment and was ready for us when we arrived. He showed us around and gave us time to look on our own. The whole experience was pressure free and professional. I would definitely go to Auto Lenders again.
