Great service, laid back approach. They let you enjoy the test ride and look through the car without being hounded. They explained everything to me that i didnt understand, was an actually enjoyable experience compared to dealers.

From start to finish The process was a breeze! Someone from their online department contacted me after I submitted for a trade in quote. They set up my appointment and told me who I would be working with. Our salesman, Anthony confirmed our appointment and was ready for us when we arrived. He showed us around and gave us time to look on our own. The whole experience was pressure free and professional. I would definitely go to Auto Lenders again.

The folks at autolenders were great to deal with. I wasnt subjected to pressure tactics at any point and everyone I spoke to was incredibly helpful. I was able to get a car transferred from another location to my local location easily and at no charge. Larry in Exton was friendly and communicated well with us through the process. It was a fairly painless experience and I would highly reccommend any of their locations to anyone in the market for a car.

I responded to ads with 4 different car buying agencies for my 2018 Hyundai Sonata, that was in excellent condition.
3 of the companies gave me prices without ever seeing the car. Auto lenders contacted and said they had a price, but needed to see my car via a video call. They told me their price prior to the video call and I told them it was around $1300.00 lower than the other quotes. After the video call, they came back and asked me what price I wanted for the car and 5 minutes later called me back and agreed to the price.
The rest of the process was simple and easy to follow. They picked up my car three days later with check in hand.
All the people i dealt with via phone were professional and their responses were immediate.
I would highly recommend them.

Very disappointed yesterday at the Egg Harbor location. We had a VW shipped down from the Lakewood location to test drive. Arrived at 3 and took the car out for a test drive. The first thing was a warning light indicating low tire pressure, number 2: air conditioning not working, number 3: brakes vibrated when applied over 50 mph, number 4: the interior was filthy, sides of seat had peanuts and debris.
We returned to dealership and the salesperson agreed to remedy the situation however we were uneasy even going this route.
The whole reason for purchasing a used car at AL was their promises of throughly checking car, cleaning like new and warranty. The shame of this was we purchased a Honda previously and were totally satisfied. Further the car was driven from Lakewood, not flat bedded, so the driver certainly saw the warning light and felt the brakes. Why would the dealership not check the car before we test drove it? Or the driver say something to the sales team? No way I can trust AL to sell me a car and let’s face it “trust” is what it’s all about with a used car purchase.

Interior is damage by cosmetic way, if I can take picture then I will attach it.
For DMV plate I don’t have to come two times.
DMV front plate is not installed with black background plate.

Very easy to test drive multiple vehicles with no pressure to buy.

At least they had a good kind treatment, respectful they helped well, but I can't give them five stars because they had me waiting for almost four hours to close the purchase.

Just checking threw a few things with car, I've work for the maker of this car should run lots more quieter. The deal was good, service too

Jeff did a nice job. We felt zero pressure during the transaction. The only thing I would say is to speed up the buying process- we were there 6 hours on a Saturday and that was too lunch.

Auto Lenders has best of the best in used cars. Every car in their inventory has been carefully chosen for quality. I know this because we have purchased 4 cars from Autolenders. You won't find junk on their lots. They actually brought in two Camaros from their dealer network for me to test drive, a 2014 and 2017. They did this at my request. Although the 2017 Camaro was slightly over my budget I was sold on the impeccable condition and low mileage of this car. We have had several great experiences with Autolenders now and will continue to shop with them in the future.

Really great experience. Mario and Yasir were fun to work with. Would highly recommend this place. Love my new mustang. They made everything very quick and seem less which the way I like. The service is also incredible. Will definitely bring my cars back for service here.

I go to the auto lenders in Williamstown, NJ. They always help me out whenever I’m interested buying a car. This is my 3rd time buying a car from them and the salesperson Matt is super helpful and always willing to work with me so that I can afford the cars without hurting my budget. They also ship cars from other auto lenders dealer for free and with no pressure at all.

Jeff was great, very customer service oriented. The whole process was done virtual and was as seamless as can be...Went the extra mile delivering the car to me which was another great customer service feature. Jeff was top notch all the way through and even afterwards. Doug, was very responsive as well as I had some follow up questions about a particular event that I noticed with the car as I returned home with it. and Doug made himself readily available. Very helpful individual.

I did my research, asked for certain vehicles to be there for me to test drive, and ended up making a purchase I felt 100% comfortable with. Excellent customer service and the process was easy-peasy!

This place was great. I had never heard of AL before I stumbled on them while searching for cars but I am glad I did. Larry in sales was excellent and everyone there was efficient and got me in and out in record time. They worked with me and accomdated all my requests. I would recommend checking them out. I love my new car, thanks again.

Even though they got my monthly payment down to what I wanted. It wasn't a great experience. When looking into trading in my car the salesman(at the time of my gmc truck purchase) was very uninterested and not wiling to work with me at all. They didn't seem to take me as a serious buyer and honestly it felt like they didn't even want to do there job or care about me trying to trade in my vehicle at a higher price for more money. They were VERY unhelpful.

With that said the salesman who originally sold my jeep Eric was amazing and most helpful person I've spoke and worked with at Auto Lenders. Your team Needs to be more like Eric as everyone else was actually very rude as well.

My experience with Auto Lenders was great. I found a vehicle I wanted online. I contacted the showroom to confirm the vehicle's availability. The salesperson, Joel, was great. Very attentive, and really involved in making sure the buying experience was the best it could be for the customers. The vehicle prep was quick, and the finance/paperwork part of the sale was easier and more friendly than I would have expected. Overall, I will definitely recommend Auto Lenders to anyone I know who is in the market for a vehicle.
