I found this company on a web search and am grateful I did. They were able to coach me through dialogue with the insurance adjusters and to get thousands more than was in my original offer.Excellent customer service and well worth it.I was a little nervous about paying the appraisal fee upfront, but with their help, I was able to get more money.
All my emails were answered promptly. The diminished value report was very professional and detailed.
I would be happy to recommend this company to my friends and family.

We were hesitant to use at first, but we paid the initial amount for the services. We then paid another 100.00 for them to negotiate with our insurance agent. Auto Loss was a life saver! They were quick to respond and very knowledgeable! They helped us get a depreciation check from our insurance thousands above what our agent quoted us! We love Auto Loss! We strongly recommend using them!

I used autoloss with great excellent results. I paid $325 and autoloss filed the clam against progressive insurance. I was asking for $8400 for diminished value and I received $6500. I was happy with autoloss.

I have to admit, I was hesitant at first to use Auto Loss. After doing a fair amount of research, I decided to entrust them with my diminished value claim — and I’m so glad I did! The entire process was so easy from start to finish. Auto Loss prepared an amazing appraisal for my vehicle, which the insurance company accepted shortly after filing with no negotiation needed. They even reimbursed the appraisal fee without any questions asked! I am beyond happy with how smoothly everything went and will absolutely recommend Auto Loss to all my friends and family for their diminished value claims.

I have never written a bad review before, but I feel I have no other choice after my very short experience with Autoloss. I reached out to get information about the diminished value process for my car, and every time I asked a question, the representative (Monica) sighed loudly and impatiently, as if I were bothering her.

She showed no patience in guiding me through the process or answering my questions. I have never been treated so rudely by someone I was planning to hire and pay for a service. It was extremely frustrating and demeaning.

This was supposed to be a professional company helping customers during an already stressful situation, but instead, I was made to feel like a burden. I absolutely do not recommend this business.

I got a quick response from autoLoss.com until I paid my money and then everything took 48+ hrs. Monica's estimate was for $5k +/- 100 and she led me on to believe that I should be able to recover between 80-90% of her estimate. The insurance sent me $240 and would not respond after that. Monica thought it was a good idea to file a lawsuit, remembering they advertise they have expert witnesses I did file on my own. The insurance company picked up the case and is now representing the person who hit me. I contacted 4 law firms who all bur laughed. They all said a car 5 years are older is all but impossible to collect anything on diminished value. My car is 6 years old. It would have been very nice if autoloss.com had been honest and didn't stick a bouquet of flowers out to lure me in.

Told me they wouldn't help me with a dv claim due to its the 2nd accident but they can be taken to court for the value in between and i just need the appraisal. Terrible imo.

My vehicle as totaled by State Farm and they offered me only $8900.i was devistaed by the low offfer. My attorney, idiaet law told me about Autoloss. The fee was $700 but with a money back guarantee I had nothing to lose. After a month I got considered more and I got a new car.. thanks so much

Autoloss did an amazing job on my auto diminished value claim. They stated I was owed $7500 on my Toyota Camry and within 45 days I received a check for $5900, yes I could have gotten more but I was happy. Little work on my part and tax free.

Excellent service and autoloss got me An additional $5000 on my diminished value claim.

Firstly, Auto Loss came up with a ridiculous $4K+ in DV value, to reel you in so that you'd choose them over other companies. State Farm offered $1,500. Auto Loss' manual told me to request a third party appraisal because it was too low. After doing so, it resulted in LESS...$912. Auto Loss cost me almost $600 and when I e-mailed them about it FOUR times over 3 months to request a demand letter AS IS WRITTEN IN THEIR MANUAL, Auto Loss never responded. They promised big then gave bad advice, costing me money...find another company!

USAA offered me a ridiculous low amount of money ($380) for my diminished value on my 4 Runner that sustained almost $15,000 in damage when it only had 27,000 miles. Monica did a very detailed and accurate report for USAA telling the multitude of legitimate reasons that my almost new car had suffered significant loss of value. USAA then paid me $7500 for this diminished value claim. Monica was a bargain at twice the price that she actually charged. Very easy to work with and of the highest ethics.

I was very pleased with Autoloss and i got an additional $5000 and i got the fee back.

The insurance company handling our claim was not helping and dragging their feet. I hired auto loss and wondered if the $375 would be worth it. They were most definitely worth it as our diminished value amount paid by the insurance company was.$4600. Thank you Monica!

Unfortunately, this is the 2nd time I was radically rear ended while stopped in past 8 years…..

Autoloss business is such a hidden service to help people who feel done wrong by the Auto Insurance companies after you are a victim of an auto accident. I had a major crash, when a car hit my car moving at a high speed, as I was slowing down for the slowing traffic in front of me. The driver who hit my car, and I didn't get any physical injury. The other driver didn't even said sorry, he was like oh well, they need better signs that there is an exit coming up and traffic my slow down. He literally was totally walked away as his car was totalled, but my car had major damage. It took me months before I could get my car back. Auto loss team's Monica and her team were really helpful in performing the thorough appraisal, and helped me thru all the steps to recover the diminished value lost because of the major accident. Great team, very courteous and prompt.

At first, she communicates very pleasantly, but that is the only time. After the initial conversation, it becomes difficult to reach her by phone. When you call, her assistant suggests sending an email and waiting 24-48 hours. Sometimes, she forgets to respond. When you call again, her assistant reminds her, but often the response is brief and raises more questions, leading to another 24-48 hour wait. This process can take weeks to answer a small question. Occasionally, she does come to the phone, but she is unfriendly and rushes through the conversation without resolving the issue, causing more frustration.

Initially, she promised to help me get fair compensation for my car’s diminished value and to assist me throughout the entire process. However, when the insurance company offered less than 25% of the appraised value provided by Monica, she advised me to appeal in small clams court and then abandoned me, stating she couldn’t help further.

Working with her is frustrating and yields poor results. I would avoid her.
