The insurance company initially determined there was no diminished value and weren't going to pay out on my claim, however after submitting my appraisal report from Monica they agreed to negotiate a settlement.

I was very impressed with autoloss. The owner answers the phone and knows her stuff. I signed up and received the diminished value report the next day. I was able to settle the claim for $6000.

I wouldn’t use this service. They are really bad at handling case. I paid $300 for the service to do a car “diminished value” claim however I ended up doing all the back and forth with the insurance myself. I would stay away from this site/service.
