I argued with the insurance company on my loss for 3 months. Once I got Monica involved the claim was settled in 2 weeks, and she was able to triple the company's original offer. If I ever need auto claims assistance again autoloss.com will be my 1st call.

Monica and her team are very good at what they do, my initial offer was $900, after the back and forth and some well drawn up letters from Monica we got that to where I told them what I wanted in the end was $4,000.00. Amazing!

Monica and her team were quick to respond and provided me support not just with the appraisal, but also helped me draft up responses to the insurance agency throughout the process. Some of the documentation seemed rushed with typos and formatting, which is why I subtracted 1 star. In the end, I'm happy I chose autoloss and I am satisfied that I was able to receive a a fair settlement with their help!

From day one, this company was great regarding all aspects of determining the diminished value of my High Altitude Jeep, including factual research, honesty, subject knowledge, and very responsive to questions.
