Advice and reactivity

IX22 Swimming Pool Heater, the order was easy, next day delivery, had an issue with size of water input and output only 50mm connection provided, part missing to reduce to 1.5", very helpful missing part sent out same day for next day delivery, highly recommend this company.

Purchased a Remora i15 Inverter heat pump last year (2024), but when I fired it up this year I was getting a flow rate error.

Emailed AES and much to my surprise I had a response immediately! As this was a bank holiday weekend I was pretty impressed.

I spoke to Simon at AES who arranged a video call to investigate the issue. We tried many things including manually triggering the flow switch (which worked). Simon walked through all of the pipework and even did some calculations on my pool pump flow rate.

After an hour or so, the error remained, but Simon suggested sending out a replacement flow switch, even though it appeared to be working ok when triggered manually.

New part arrived which was straight forward to replace and result!!!! It was all working!

I cannot thank Simon at AES enough, not only did he spend an hour on a bank holiday weekend supporting me, but also issued a replacement part free of charge in good time. This is fantastic customer service! Many Thanks!
